Great communication. When I enquired about update on my order the response was always immediate and kept me up to date. I purchased two coffee tables and they were delivered a little bit later than expected but not too far out. They arrived well packaged and they are perfect. I am very happy. I have no problem purchasing again from Indor.

Very happy with our service from Indor. It's a credible company, with a small shop in West London if you can make it there. We have ordered a few lights and also a large sofa, which they helped us configure as it's modular.

After the long awaited delivery of my order, my chairs finally arrived, and the chairs themselves i’m extremely happy with, however the service of your delivery driver was not acceptable.
After receiving more than 10 missed calls whilst I was at work, an extremely rude & unpleasant driver could not find my house (which is not difficult) his tone and rudeness is not something I would expect when spending over nearly £3000 and £55 delivery charge.
I had planned way in advance with full instructions as to where to leave the chairs in my absence and would not of expected this rudeness should the information not be passed to the delivery driver.

A good service should continue from the purchase through to delivery and a situation from a driver like this could prevent me from purchasing from you in the future.
