Less than one percent. I had to wait weeks for an order and I assumed they were out of business. At least one of their numbers does not connect. This is a scam company.

I love the clarifying range it cleared my skin so much and my breakouts have definitely become less severe. I feel so fresh after cleansing my face.

The shopping has been fantastic and the products are so amazing! They have never broken me out as they are so gentle on the skin. The shipping and delivery process has always been on time so overall I would say that the brand is amazing and I really recommend the products, especially as they are priced right.

Indus universals cleanser and moisture is the first skincare I’ve used that hasn't ended up having a negative impact on my skin since a long time. really good value for price

It doesn't do anything it doesn't wash my skin properly either if your oily don't use the face wash.

I was looking for a skincare routine for my 13 year old daughter, who had spots, and read about Indu on the Caroline Hirons website. I was interested in the range as they are developed specifically for teenagers. As my daughter also has sensitive skin, I was unsure about which products to buy, and the team took the time to speak to me and recommended a cleanser, toner, moisturiser, and spot cream. Within days, my daughter’s skin cleared, and is now good, if she keeps to her routine. She recently went away for 3 nights and didn't keep up with her routine, and subsequently had a breakout, but after only 1 night of cleaning her skin properly with the Indu products, and using the spot cream, the difference was noticeable. Indu are a friendly, helpful and responsive company, and their prices are fair for high quality products that actually work. Highly recommended all round!

I bought several items of skincare for my 12 year old daughter. She uses them religiously - cleanser, toner, face wipes and moisturiser. They are kind to her skin and it helps her get into a good skin care routine without any of the products being too harsh for her young skin.

I still haven’t received my order

I ordered mascara and eye liner and wasted a lot of money. I could not wash either of them off. I used warm soapy water, eye makeup remover and other cleansers. I still had makeup round my eyes the next morning! Terrible stuff.

Great products for young skin and really loved by my teen who is definitely more Indu than Sephora. The paste has really helped clear up a few persistent spots and her skin is looking much clearer. The clear make up is perfect for school. Nicely package and fast delivery too

Indu is an amazing brand filled with diversity! Their products is for all skin types and I’m obsessed with their makeup palette shades.

I bought my 15 year old twins some of the makeup and skincare ranges and they are now obsessed with the brand. The quality of the makeup is amazing and the packaging to cute and suited to their lifestyles. The cleanser and moisturisers are also fantastic. Will definitely be back.
