The tooling for the removal and install…
The tooling for the removal and install of injector cups was fantastic. What they don't tell you is when the cups are stainless that you are removing tend to leave burs in cylinder head. You need a sanding disk to clean up. And the injector cup orings are no good, they do not like to be turned into bore of cylinder head, even with grease. I found c7 cat orings were the better product, as they are not silicone based like industrial injection version.

Ordered I think the 27th it said it would come the 1st but kept delaying till the 14th, absolutely pathetic and ruined my prom. Definitely would not buy again, it was just a very small key for an injection pump. Should have arrived in less than a week, also paid 13$ for shipping

Hello Cyler, I show we emailed you 3/27 the day you ordered the product that it would be an estimated 4-5 day delay before the product would ship as we did not have inventory of the product you ordered at that time. This is an estimate we receive from the manufacturer. It looks like we received the product 4/8 from the manufacturer and shipped it out the same day. The part then arrived to you in 4 business days on 4/14 as per the ground shipping you selected. I apologize for the delay but we did email you the same day you ordered it making you aware of this backorder.

WELL, I HATE TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW, HOWEVER THIS ORDER WAS A PROBLEM. ORDERED A CRANKCASE GIRDLE, FIRST TIME RECIEVED THE WRONG HARDWARE WITH PARTS, GOT NEW HARDWARE COMING, STILL WRONG, HAD TO MAKE MY OWN HARDWARE.

Customer service not knowledgeable on the products that they sell, only a select few know in depth. Tried selling me an elbow for a turbocharger which I told them I had already but they insisted theirs was the correct one I needed. Also would not give a full refund for a turbocharger which was made with poor quality as they “all come that way”

Hello Albert, you purchased a BorgWarner turbo online before ever contacting us. After you received it you had troubles installing it and then decided to call us. The turbo you purchased 99% of the time requires the cast elbow we recommended for your application. For your year truck we sell it with the elbow. You decided to buy the "box" OE BorgWarner turbo. You are the 1% that has the correct elbow from factory. Our support team went above and beyond to take measurements and pictures of our elbow to the one you have to verify you had the correct elbow from factory and it would work for your application. As for the casting imperfections we apologize you were unsatisfied with the OE BorgWarner casting but I can assure you all castings have minor visual imperfections. These imperfections have no adverse effects to the quality, reliability or performance of the turbo. We even offered to do an exchange and to find you a better looking casting to suit your needs. After you refused you wanted to send the turbo back as a new return. You decided you didn't want to run the turbo anymore because of its "looks". When you send a product back as a new return we have to inspect it as well as re box it to make sure it is in new condition for the next customer. For these reasons we charge a restocking fee.
