Very good quality shelves ' brackets.

Needed a bespoke garden handrail to help my elderly mum negotiate her garden steps. I spoke with Khalid ,who was amazing. Called me back over every query, sent me photos and painted the finished item without asking for a penny extra. Then packaged well and sent swiftly.
The finished product looks amazing and is incredible value .
Absolutely faultless experience thoughout!

Very poor communication
I was waiting for my order 1 month
Sent multiple emails and never got an answer
Needed to call to find what was going on with my order and I was told that the carrier wouldn’t accept the transportation of it from the UK to Ireland and that they would fin a different one
Never received any email or explanation from the company
They finally refunded me but without any kind of explanation or apology from themselves

Appalling customer service. No response to emails or phone calls. Charge for 'restocking' if items returned. Items returned, no refund issued weeks on. Avoid.

Great product. Perfect finish. Best of all most amazing customer service. Went out of their way to deliver exactly what my studio needed. Nothing was too much for them. Communication is key and they delivered it to the 'T'.

Fittings arrived, not fit for purpose, unable to fix together because of paint on the joints and super wobbly and unsafe.
After A LOT of emails they finally collected the goods, still waiting for a refund 3 months later. Absolute con man. Will be getting Trading Standards involved.

I ordered a Toilet Roll holder and a towel rail, I received two toilet roll holders one of which was defective. I have tried twice now directly with 'customer services' for a returns authorisation and also tried directly with the owner via etsy where he informed me to return the item quoting the order number and I would get a refund. The only problem being, the automatic system did not acknowledge my order (but took the money) and no order number was provided at the time of ordering or on receipt of items. I have informed the owner of this - silence.....
I would not recommend and will not be using again - a shocking way to treat customers.

Product good , but deliver took well over a month, emails & calls not answered , had to text in the end and finally received. Was going to get some coat hooks from the site but will not go through the hassle again. I like my shoe rack but waited way too long for it. Customer service non existent.

Been waiting for over two weeks for a reply. Still not had one and still not received item! very disappointed

I ordered a shelf in aged oak. The item arrived half-stained. I lodged a complaint and a replacement was sent relatively quickly but in the wrong finish. Despite saying they will send a further replacement, it has not been dispatched. Despite several text messages and emails, I receive no updates aside from a few messages asking me to wait. Awful customer service - avoid this company at all costs.

I’m wanting to send the item back just awaiting instructions to send it back for a refund please ,nothing wrong with the item just not ideal for my stairs thankyou

The table parts did not fit together, there were some small chips on the wood top and, when we sent pictures to show the issues, there was no response from the manufacturer

The product is very good quality, however it would be great if the company worked on its customer service: it took me 6 tries to reach out and, although I finally had a reply, my questions weren't answered.
The terms of return/refund are quite rigid, the item I ordered didn't actually fit - my fault - but I ended up keeping it as the costs of return wasn't worth it. It makes the process of trying out a product feel quite limited and, ultimately, discourages future purchases.

Had an issue with the product and had no response from customer service. Won’t be using this outlet again.

Update: Not only is the product Not fit for use, I paid £13 to return it exactly as recieved so 100% reasy to resell and they have now taken a 're-stocking fee' so I'm now £30.87 out of pocket for an item that cost £31.59 that Ive returned!

Customer service is non existent. Not helpful or transparent, just hidding beyond small print. And take ages to respond with any clarity.

Original review: Can't get anyone to confirm return address details. Table leg Base far too small - it might sort the weight but it certainly wouldn't be stable, would expect far bigger circumference of base unit for that height. Pictures on website are very misleading (bases look much wider/chunkier) and no sizes for base.
Just want someone from the company to confirm the return address so I can get a quote for returning at my own cost (the only thing they have confirmed so far 🙄).

Edit: Eventually got return instructions and paid a small fortune to return; tracking shows they recieved it back 15/04 but can't get anyone to respond to confirm and c let me know when I'll receive refund!
