You selected the black wood option when placing your order, and that is exactly what we shipped. After receiving the item, you claimed the colour was incorrect. We promptly provided photographic evidence showing that the correct item was sent.
You then requested a return, which we agreed to. While we were in the process of arranging this for you, you initiated a chargeback through your bank. After reviewing the details, the bank sided with us, confirming that we fulfilled the order as described.
We aim to be transparent and fair in all our dealings and always encourage customers to reach out directly for a swift resolution.

Industrial Style Bookshelf
I built my bookshelf using raw steel pipes from Industrial Maestro, and some rustic planks sourced locally.
I ordered 8 pipes in total and 4 small legs in the same raw steel. Nearing the end of my project I realised that I had miscalculated the length of 2 of the pipes, and months later I asked industrial Maestro if I could exchange them for the correct size.
Industrial Maestro were very accommodating and sent the correct size with no fuss, which helped me to complete my bookshelf - which is fabulous, and the industrial pipes are really the best value you can find anywhere.

Requires a lot of work. If you don’t mind chasing them to remind them that you are waiting on the missing parts then you won’t have an issues.
Another minor thing:
Check their website and Etsy pages - their prices vary.
Would I use them again?

I recently purchased the Zest Golden Ceiling Clothes Rack from Industrial Maestro, and after installing it, I realised that my ceiling setup required an extra support tube in the centre. I reached out to their team to order one, and their customer service was exceptional, the gentleman was understanding, and genuinely appreciative of my inquiry. To my surprise, they sent me an additional tube completely free of charge, with next-day delivery!
The rack is very stylish and sturdy, and with the additional support, it fits my space perfectly. I highly recommend this product and the fantastic customer service that comes with it!!!

Do not buy from this company
Ordered an item despite the poor reviews on Trustpilot as it was what I was looking for. Product delivered was not what I ordered and the quality was very poor (didn't matter as it was not what I ordered). E-mailed twice no reply. As I was to be passing near their premises I took it back. Staff surly most of them barely spoke English. Did however receive the full refund. In the meantime I found another supplier offering the same products who actually sent me what I ordered, it was of far better quality and their customer services was excellent. Ordering from the internet is risky. Should have paid more attention to the poor reviews on Trustpilot and not purchased. My advice is do not buy from this company.

Was charged £24 for carriage in 7-10 working days. It wasn't even despatched for after 10 days and took three weeks to arrive. When I emailed chasing it I didn't even get a reply.
