I have dropped out 7 times today. Also my SMS access has been blocked although it appears that the message was sent eventually. Off shore service says it will deal with problem (previous experience) and I am still waiting some months. They have my money but are not providing the service. Not happy.
We live in Wilanow Warsaw where one can expect solid internet yet when I had Inea as the provider the internet regularly stopped for no reason. I finally switched to Orange and the interruptions stopped. Now Inea is claiming 600pln as we ended the contract early and they do not accept that their poor internet connection lead to us stopping the contract early.
If you like communicating with a robot when you have problems then this is the company. Can’t get through to a human being or technical support only if you want to upgrade or buy extra. Terrible service! When you want to can you have to fill in some generic form and send them. Everything to make dealing with the customer difficult.
It's a local provider - Poznań and neighborhood villages. If you are moving around Poland or EU, INEA is not efficient.
Garbage service, line outages consistently, terrible customer service.
