This company is terrible they're products advertisted looks nothing like what you receive. A Pure scam, this sites should be shut down. So you ask for your money back and they don't want to give you a full refund. This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY. They deserve NO STARS!!!
Don’t waste your money. Product received does not resemble product they’re selling. You basically paying for a piece of plexiglass while misleading you in believing it’s crystal. Tried to get a full refund and all they were willing to give is 20%.
Don’t buy this product!!!! It was a gift for my mom and I’m embarrassed to give it to her.
I had the same issue, order never dispatched. No response from company to emails. No updates from company. No response to PayPal challenge. PayPal paid me my money back as needed to open a dispute. Do not use this company. I find it strange that their website has such glowing reviews, there are no reviews worse than 4 stars. This doesn’t tie up with my experience and is very unusual. The reviews are also in batches ie loads for headphones with nothing in between which is weird. Are these paid reviews?
Do not purchase from this website. I placed an order weeks ago and never recieved it, it was never even dispatched! The phone number is not in use, so you are unable to speak to any customer service advisors. I sent 6 emails before anyone responded to 'look into my case' then heard nothing since! Absolute cowboys do not be tempted by the 'reasonable' prices on their website!!!!!!
