I purchased the kids board shorts and received the board shorts with a very noticeable manufacturing fault - the 6cmx2cm (approx) company logo was sewn upside down on the pocket. Upon contact, I was offered either a 20% refund off the purchase price or 20% off my next order. This would have equated to a couple dollars (item purchased on sale). I was told to use the 20% refund to pay for a seamstress to remove and resew the label. This would mean that we would be out of pocket a considerable amount, regardless of which option we chose. A request for an equivalent replacement was refused with the comment “sorry!” After a few back and forth emails I was provided with 50% refund off purchase price as a “goodwill gesture”. We are now stuck with swimmers my son refuses to wear (due to embarrassment) and will be out of pocket as we now have to purchase new board shorts elsewhere.

Purchased a bikini about a week and a half ago. I was scared after reading all the reviews, but my bikini arrived today. So not only was it fast shipping, but the bikini is gorgeous and fits well. I made sure to check the size guide for each piece that i purchased and found that it was spot on. I do recommend infamous swim.

This company sold me bikinis that don’t latch, the bikini top slips off as soon a I put it on. They told me I need to use pliers and scissors to get it to stay on. All I want is a refund to buy better quality swimwear however they’re keeping my money and now I have no bikinis to wear and I’m out of pocket $90. Horrible company to deal with and poor quality swimwear that can’t even be worn.

I bought 2 swim wear items and both are a very small fit. I bought Medium and a Large and both run small. I am 5ft 8 and weigh 62kg.. and both are tight and have no length in the body or the bust. I am a size b and c in the bust depend on bra brands. No returns on sale items so of course I am stuck with the bathers. I took a risk as I knew the terms. I was drawn to the colours and style however the size should be in centimeters so you can measure yourself. My breasts don't fit into the medium bathers at all and yet their size chart demonstrates it does. I would not buy from this company again.

The product came very delayed and damaged. They refused to acknowledge multiple attempts to speak to them about the issue. Tried to act dumb when I placed a chargeback. I would suggest anyone having issues does an immediate chargeback, the bathers quality is not worth your money ( especially pre-damaged).

Wish I read reviews before placing order. Have not received my order yet but promo deal is spend $200+ and get a free Kaftan. No Kaftan has been sent because I emailed to ask. Apparently, I didn't add it to my cart. Absolutely ridiculous. Lets hope the bathers fit because according to these reviews I may as well throw the package straight to the bin.

Asking for $250-$500 to invest in the company in exchange for a free swim suit, sent by their email address. Fix the quality of your items then you wouldn’t be asking for money to save you business. The business is rated under 2 stars, says a lot.

The only good thing is the colours of the swimwear are funky, otherwise these guys really suck. The fit of their swimwear is way out, for an international company their customer service is sooo bad-NZ$30 to send back items- no refunds when fit and quality is poor- constantly sending items back as nothing fits or looks like they state it will. I have a store credit and it’s pretty much worthless as the product isn’t what they say it is. All their Facebook reviews are amazing because they block the bad reviews! DONT buy from this company, buy from real reputable swimwear company and save time, money and stress!!!

Bought a two piece online during a sale. Used the size guide and the items fit perfectly HOWEVER as soon as I move in the Lola triangle bikini top, the adjustable straps fling off (somewhat aggressively too), literally the plastic hooks just flick out of the little holes and my boobs are left hanging in the wind!
Really disappointed by the quality and now that I’m here reading the reviews, I won’t even bother trying to return it, I’ll just sew them permanently on myself so no more peekaboobs!
I really should have checked their FB and IG pages before buying- there’s a reason they have zero negative comments and have reviews switched off on their Facebook page.
Clever marketing (always see them pop up in my socials feeds, and was actually click baited into purchasing this time cause of the sale) but just annoyed and disappointed that this lovely bikini is poor quality.

I ordered a bandeau style top and their ginger bottoms. I followed the sizing guide (for a 10A) but the top absolutely swamped me in the cup, bunching and rolling under the bust. The size down still has a large cup size with insufficient back width to fit a 10. Very dissappointing as their website says they want to cater for "all bodies". By this they mean big busted bodies. Their sizing is misleading. I wouldn't recommend their swimmers unless you are a C cup or bigger. You are unable to return garments to them and any exchanges will cost the customer money. For the price, the quality is lacking. The fabric feels cheap. I would suggest spending a little more and getting quality swimwear.

Awful customer service. I ordered a swimsuit during their sale period in July, it was stuck in Melbourne for almost a month, on its way to NZ. I emailed customer service to ask for an update and I didn’t get a proper update until the third time I emailed. They said it was “lost in transit”. I asked for a new swimsuit to be sent to me but instead they supposedly refunded me (I say supposedly because I haven’t received it into my bank account yet. It also looks like they’re not refunding me the full amount. It looks like I won’t receive the shipping charge I had to pay for the swimsuit to disappear and never to be seen again), and when I email saying no, I don’t want a refund, I want a new swimsuit; they replied with “As a goodwill gesture, we've applied the ******* discount code to your order as well”. This discount code was less than the sale discount I had initially ordered my swimsuit using, so they are wanting me to pay more for their f up. Nope!!! Terrible business, terrible customer service. And from other reviews, I’m very glad I didn’t end up receiving the swimsuit due to the horrible sizings anyway so it most likely wouldn’t have even fit me. Don’t waste your money and buy from a proper swimsuit company!! - just waiting on my refund now, if it will ever even arrive.

This compay sucks and has the worst customer service the absolute worst. I wish i never ordered anything from them. They stole over 200 dollars from me . Its pretty crazy that a company over seas doesnt offer returns only exchanges or store credit when there sizes suck its thier mistake I ordered the suggested size and it didnt fit. Then you get stuck in a cycle of ordering garbage that dosent fit with outlandish shipping prices. AND NO COMMUNICATION BUT SURE HAVE NO PROBLEM INIDATATIING YOU WITH USELESS EMAILS .

I ordered swimwear based on size guide. The day I received it I tried it on. I could tell immediately it didn't fit and was totally wrong for my body. Unfortunately the company only offers exchanges and not refunds so I am stuck in a transaction loop of either back and forth sending, trying new swimmers via post or stuck with ill-fitting expensive swimwear. I feel let down and disappointed from my first time purchase from this company and won't be buying from them again.

Worst business and customer experience I have ever encountered. The products are ridiculously small. The lack of customer care is beyond all expectations. I would never recommend these crooks. Avoid the mistake I made.

Bra Straps don’t stay clipped on. I have a permanent wedgey when wearing them. Overall very disappointed, waste of money.

The bra part is super small. All companies I’ve purchased from fit except infamous swim. They won’t refund you but make you exchange and charge you $30 to do so. Steer clear from this company.

Crappy customer service!

Ordered a pair of swim wear as it was listed in stock, great! Paid express shipping. 2 days later received and email saying delayed and waiting for stock. I needed this for an occasion and now won’t have my order fulfilled in time. Have tried emailing with no response. I would avoid this company. Sizing is way off and not true to size.

The kimono was exactly as described it’s a light cotton material feels super soft. I’m a 4xl and it fits me perfectly.
So big ladies buy with confidence they are true to size.
First kimono to fit me ever.
I was extremely hesitant because of their no return policy but they came through big time.
