My best investment in my grandchildren’s future.
This toy is what the next generation needs to experience the childhood of the seventies, turbocharged with technology. This should be given out to all kids, will save therapy costs many times over. Children need to explore and learn in real life, developing the skills to appraise and take reasonable risk. This package encourages just that, unlike the algorithm delivered screen time into which so many descend. The best investment in my grandchildren’s future I have yet made.

No printed manuals but still fun
Updated - review - we did complete our first build and it is a hit. Some pieces were missing but they were shipped very quickly - great customer service!
It would be great if the link to the black-and-white printable instructions was easier to find on the site - totally understand why they are not included by default but would be great to have as an add-on option.

Worthwhile design
The over all design, fit and ease of assembly is excellent.
Now, due to the inherent hardware to make different assemblies out of one kit of parts, the final vehicle becomes pretty heavy. The electric version wheels being a big contribute to this.
But, still, the fun with the kids make it all worthwhile.

Buyer beware
Ordered a Volk kit for my son for Christmas, spent 5 hours building it to find that it wouldn’t power up! After hours of checking the connectors, stripping the motor out and replacing to make sure I hadn’t made an error I noticed that there was a small burn mark on the battery terminal. This clearly hadn’t been checked very well through Infento’s quality check. Because of the Christmas period I now have to wait until the middle of January to get a replacement battery, let’s hope that fixes the issue. We now are left with a very upset son leaving us to find a way to explain how Santa has delivered him a defective toy! I guess the lesson is to check the thing actually works before you spend hours building it and gift it for a present

Product never arrived after 3 weeks.
Hello, I'm sorry to say the experience has been quite frustrating. We finally had to ask for the refund as the KIT never arrived to us and thus after 2 tentatives from Infento. The poor rating is linked to the logistic aspect as we never had the chance to see the product. The logistic company used by Infento is useless (at least in Spain = company SEUR). I would recommend to review your partnership with the logistic company in charge to despatch your product. Our child didn't get her birthday present. The support service of Infento has always been available and trying to help but without success unfortunately.

The packaging I thought was magnificent…
The packaging I thought was magnificent in two boxes. However it’s impossible to ascertain whether everything is there as it’s not necessarily all in the same place. I was building the Booster 2.0 trike and would suggest that in page B4 that the diagram of the 10o angle is better presented. As I had several attempts at this which meant taking stuff apart and rebuilding yet again as I was unsure as where the angle was supposed to be. As to the compartment box, it seems flimsy and will easily shatter. A very inventive product of excellent quality and NOT CHINESE thankfully.

Delivery issue
Dear Spencer,
I have just received your automated email requesting a review. (8th December)
I placed my order on November 28th, and as of today (16th December) I have not yet received the kit. Therefore, it is difficult for me to provide any rating at this stage.
This message is not intended to create controversy, but rather to highlight areas where improvements could be made to enhance the customer experience. Unfortunately, my two kits missed the opportunity to use the Infento set, and I had to purchase an alternative gift. For this reason, I requested a refund yesterday, as the present was intended for December 13th.
I contacted customer support on December 8th, and a second delivery attempt was arranged on December 10th. Apparently you miss fact that the first attempt did never take place. However, on December 16th I requested a full refund, even though the package was scheduled to be delivered on December 17th — 19 days after my payment.
On behalf of my sister, today I did another order, hoping that will arrive before Xmas.

I received a used unit instead of new…
I received a used unit instead of new one, out of books nothing was working,after replacing a few electrical parts it’s still not working. It’s been already almost a month and we still didn’t get this thing working.
