Love these products

Love these products. Game changer in my skin care routine. And super easy to travel with. I use my serums with the red light therapy face and eye wand and my skin is so clear. But it’s more than that. I use it on my hand for the pain I have with carpal tunnel as well as I use on my dogs hips to help relieve their discomfort. So helpful with inflammation. It really is a must and a game changer for your daily skin care.

Intera is what you need without the sun poisoning

Many people think that light therapy is a gimmick. The product feels thoughtfully made, easy to use, and reliable, which matters when you’re investing in wellness technology instead of just buying another glowing gadget because apparently humans now need sunlight in panel form. I absolutely Love both my travel size…

I absolutely Love both my travel size and the large wand. I wake up in the morning. Do five minutes every day, and it has made a huge difference in my forehead, as well as right under my eyes highly recommend the product.

The INFERA is one of the best products…

The INFERA is one of the best products I’ve ever used in my life. I was very skeptical about this whole red light therapy thing. I thought there was no way that this was gonna work, but after a few minutes, even after the first time, I could really see the difference from one side of my face to the other, anybody who doesn’t try it is crazy. I ended up buying not just the one for the face, but also for the eyes and the cream that came with it is great. My skin is great. It doesn’t clog my pores. I don’t break out and the now I believe that the red light really works. And the best part of it is the sales guys are so awesome! Highly recommend it.

A happy customer - I love the results

I purchased a red light device while attending a conference a few months ago, the sales person recommended me to use it on the stretch marks I had left after my pregnancy and to my surprise, the marks have faded and are less visible now. I am very satisfied with the results and I would highly recommend this company. I also got a set of skincare products from their brand and I am in love with the vitamin C serum, the smell and texture are amazing!

Inferior Product. Terrible Customer Service

I purchased the product at a conference in Denver in October. Within two weeks I could not use the product. The Infered Mini kept turning off. I wrote to customer service on November 21st. On November 27th, they responded asking for more information. I sent the information on December 4th. I has been almost two weeks and I have heard nothing.

The product was not worth the money at all if it isn't going to work. Their customer service is a joke.

I wrote today to tell them that if I didn't hear from them by COB tomorrow I was going to dispute the sale, file a claim with my Attorney General's office and make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I want my money back.

Hoping that this get's their attention but it sucks to have to do this!

UPDATE: Customer Service did replace my product after it took them about a month to do so. This was followed up by a series of emails asking me to take down this review. NOPE! That attitude confirms for me that these folks are in it for the money and do not give a HOOT about their customers. THEN their two co-founders decided to try to leverage mutual connections to reach out to me lying to them and saying that they had already tried. NOPE! Never happened. I honestly do not undertand how people stay in business this way but oh, capitalism I guess.

Oh and if you notice their response below was generated by a BOT who forget to add in the actual email address or phone number of their customer service department. Wow, just wow.
