Items didn’t fit and they refused to accept a return. They’ll try to fob you off with discounts on your next purchase, free gifts and tell you the items fitted other customers. Even under Chinese law you’re entitled to return items, but the best advice is not to buy them in the first place. The quality is okay but not better than what you find on AliExpress or Shein, only cheaper and with actual customer service.
Quality is good, but I find prices too high in comparison.
Delivery is free but be cautious about the shop's exchange and return policy, especially if you are ordering from abroad.
In my case, ordering from Europe, it costed me half of the price to return (to China) a skirt that did not suit me. It was not worth it, but I had no other choice otherwise I would have wasted the whole skirt's cost.
Customer service is really willing to help and reactive.
