I had to call couple of times with various questions as I was not unsure if I want to sign up. Every time I believe I got lucky and spoke to Avi and he was great to work with. Answered all of my questions, went above & beyond to check my port-in status, always wanting to ensure my issue is either fixed or is on its way to the right department to take a look. From the time to sign up, activate, get the port in done and have a working phone took about 45 mins. Great customer service and I cannot rate Avi high enough!

Horrible customer service!! When i called to get some account info they mentioned that they would send it too me within 1 hour time frame after 3 hours i called again they apologized and mentioned they would send it after another hour. Well after the 3 hours they mentioned that i had to pay to get my account information when it was never stated too me over the call.

Their T-Mobile sims have been giving me excellent coverage and service everywhere T-Mobile works. I once had a problem with an error Amazon made with my order number. It took me a minute to reach Dani from infimobile customer service and he was able to sort it out in no time, making sure service worked completely while he had me on the phone. I would definitely recommend their service!

Martin Suresh helped me with my port-in from visible. Visible is not a viable option from the "previous carrier" list, so I had to reach out to live agent on the website chatbox. The process went well. Some miscommunication and misunderstanding at the beginning, but once I realized I overthought about the process and the agent was not asking for visible login info, I gave him my sincere apologies and thanked him for his help along the way.
My experience so far is a 5/5.

As a cell provider, they are very tough to beat. Prices are very reasonable, and sales happen often enough to keep a great plan going for a year. Service is well-above reproach for me personally, nevermind that it is one of the most affordable options going!
Went to chat to have them enable visual voicemail on my account. It was a smooth experience once I got past the usual bot and its canned options (I get why companies do this, to filter the common mistakes or issues with resolutions and not tie up reps with basic stuff). Anyhow, Alex helped me very quickly to accomplish what I needed done, and was extremely polite and capable. Chats that I had to do with Infimobile have always been as good an experience as they can be, which is great!
Best MVNO I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Seriously the CS and service itself are fantastic.

I had a great experience with customer support, especially with Avi. He successfully helped me convert my physical SIM to an eSIM, even though my phone number was initially incompatible with the carrier. He also assisted with the network transfer and made sure everything worked smoothly.
I asked whether the student discount could be applied retroactively, since I had already paid for my next annual renewal and had forgotten to use the discount earlier. While I was initially told this wasn’t possible, after the transfer was completed I noticed that my new eSIM annual plan included an extra month of service and a $10 referral credit. I believe this was their way of compensating for the student discount, which I truly appreciate.
Avi was extremely patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you for the excellent support.

So far, I've gotten a level of support I wouldn't expect from a lower-cost MVNO! I ran into issues with initial activation. Anyone that's signed up for Visible/Mint/USMobile/MetroPCS/Boost/etc.etc. knows signing up with a new number either goes smoothly with absolutely no issues, or hits something that requires support. I hit something that required support (was supplied a number, but activation wasn't completed).
I was connected to a rep within ~3min of reaching out, confirmed some basic info, and was handed to another rep shortly after. They went through some basic troubleshooting steps, confirmed what all happened during sign-up, and moved me to emails for final resolution instead of keeping me on a chat window. Never took more than two minutes to reply to new details or respond to a new message, didn't keep me online while they worked to resolve things on their side...can't ask for more from support for similar issues!

I switched another line to Infomobile today. I received a physical SIM from Amazon but my new phone only supports eSIM. I also needed to port in the existing number, so I called the customer service to activate the service. The CSR Avi is extremely helpful and professional! When the line got cut out, he immediately called me back. With his nice communication and professional assistance, the overall process was very smooth, even there was a little hiccup related to their backend at the beginning. Highly recommended!
