The benefits you get by paying for a warranty with this company are infinitely better than others out there. The rates are very reasonable and they are willing to work with you. It's possible to avoid high interest payments and have a deductible that makes sense for your financial situation. Going with them from the start will avoid headaches and worries long term.

What a horrible company!

What a horrible company! They try to get you to cancel the contract so they don't have to pay. They use the phrase "Pre-Existing" to get try and get out of their paying for a repair. I tried to look up the term in the contract and couldn't find it in the definitions.

So even though your vehicle meets the effect date and miles per the contracts declarations page, all they have to say is that the issue was pre-existing. They when you challenge them an extremely rude supervisor (think his name is Keith) calls, claims he's the "end of the end" in the supervisor chain, talks over you, claims you are trying to cheat the company, won't listen to your claim, tells you he is going to cancel the contract, and then rudely hangs up on you. I even asked several times about arbitration and he dodged the question and then hung up.

Don't buy their contract! They are not a trustworthy company. Read the other reviews. Yes they have 5 Star reviews which most likely are fake. The sales guy never mentioned effective date and miles. They should have their license pulled!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Worst warranty company ever!! They denied my claim after the inspector they sent made a mistake, and I’ve been battling with them for almost a month, while my car was sitting in the shop waiting for authorization to be worked on. This is BY FAR the worst and most difficult warranty conpany I dealt with, and I can’t even change companies without them flipping the bill for my repair on me so I would have to pay the whole amount out of pocket. And they didn’t even cover all of the cost, only 66%. Second visit, went to a dealership. Cost of an Audi authorized part was $200 and they only wanted to cover half of that because that's what the price is for a cheap Chinese part. Avoid!!!

Bad coverage

Great work of claim department. Really bad coverage. Cover less than half of the labor. It’s better than nothing but I would look for an alternative auto insurance.

Infinite Auto Protection simply works…

Infinite Auto Protection simply works out better than any other company I dared give my hard earned money to. The coverage really does what they say it’s supposed to do and the people standing behind it are very approachable and easygoing. I couldn’t of picked a better insurance provider. Been through many who have lied about their coverage. Infinite Auto Protection isn’t one of them!

Good Service so far

I’ll be honest! Service is better than expected so far! Their reps are really good over the phone and make sure you’re completely squared away before you get off the phone. My rep was super friendly and helpful!

Reliable

Glad I made the switch to Infinite Auto Protection. It was long overdue. So far, from what I’ve experienced, they are the most well rounded in areas of service, coverage options, and flexibility. I haven’t had any problems so far.

Fantastic Coverage Alternative

This company provides an alternative coverage option that just makes more sense for my monthly financial commitment. Additionally, the customer support is lively and actually fulfills the title of “support,” unlike the previous company I was with. They were also forthcoming about what I’d be paying and that there were no hidden fees. They are a triple threat.

Quality Coverage

The coverage options provided by them are cheaper and contain more value than the other insurance company I was with prior. Looking forward to benefiting more from a more affordable and valuable coverage package.

Great Explanations & Coverage Options

I switched to a Infinite Auto Protection for various reasons, but I’ll just name a few. The customer service was the biggest reason. I could rarely get a hold of a representative from my old insurance provider. It was like pulling teeth trying to get questions answered of any sort. With Infinite Auto Protection, the customer service feels more natural and less forced like I’ve experienced in the past.

The second reason is their stable pricing. My previous insurance provider would fluctuate pricing frequently. It was deceptive and misleading. Infinite Auto Protection has coverage options that are transparent about pricing. My third reason is their commitment to servicing their customers fully. I’ve had customer service experiences where they meant well, but really didn’t solve my problems. With Infinite Auto Protection, I feel like all my problems are handled efficiently and without delay. Their level of commitment is certainly impressive!

This is a company everyone should avoid…

This is a company everyone should stay away from.

I took my car to Infiniti dealer for oil change, the mechanics there noticed problems with Rack and Pinion and some other hoses that needed to be replaced. My policy with Infinite Auto Protection had just kicked in, a few days prior. Based on the contract I had with Infinite Auto Protection, all these issues could be covered. However, their claim department refused to pay for the repairs claiming that all those issues were pre-existing. For your information Infinite Auto Protection, if you sell a policy to owners of used cars with 50,000 + miles, it is highly possible that those cars are going to have pre-existing problems. If you're not willing to address those issues, then don't be in a business of selling Extended Warranties.

Long story short, I immediately cancelled by policy with them, currently waiting for my refund. By the way, their cancellation fee is supposed to be $25, however, I was charged $63.89 for mileage pro-rated amount. I had only put less than 500 miles on the car after I purchased my policy.

A denied claims never feels good and it is not something that we like to do. Being so close to your start date we had to review the issue and found it to be a repair that was older than the claim. In other words preexisting. Unfortunately, there are no Vehicle Service Contracts that any company offers that will cover a repair that already exists. We thank you and wish you the best of luck.

Warning!...Does not pay claims as promised!

I signed on with them after reading their great reviews online. Before signing on, I made sure to ask many questions about the coverage and the sales person (Infinite Auto objected to me mentioning his name), was very clear that everything was included. I specifically asked about the electronics because I had heard there were some reliability issues for my particular model. Just over a month later, my car developed a problem with the interface screen that controls temperature, audio, telephone etc. I first contacted the same sales person, who suddenly was unclear about the coverages and referred me off to someone else. The adjusters claimed that the component was categorized under radio control and that the coverage didn’t extent to the radio. When I challenged the sales person on what he had told me, he quickly started back peddling and played dumb. He then sent me a cancellation authorization which included a prorated refund but first I have to sign an agreement to release Infinite Auto Protection from “all causes of action, judgements, claims, or demands etc…”. I continued to challenge the fact that the sales person had assured me that it was included and that was reflected in the policy documentation. I was then transferred to the manager, (Infinite Auto objected to me mentioning his name also). He was very angry with me and said he would sue me if I didn’t accept the cancellation, accusing me of having a pre-existing issue. After checking on their reviews again, I noticed several negative reviews have be deleted, so I wouldn’t trust all those great reviews either.

BE WARNED: The sales person is a really nice guy when selling you the policy, but plays ignorant when you need real help.

Not A Reputable Company

After paying for coverage in full with Infinite Auto Protection and submitting several claims which paid little or nothing, following denial of a rather substantial claim and having to pay entirely out-of-pocket, I submitted required final and irrevocable documentation to cancel the warranty for a prorated amount of $162.00 on May 5, 2021. The refund was to be submitted 12-14 business days from that date. I still have not received said refund as of August 2, 2021. I would advise against selecting this company for your service warranty needs, and definitely do not pay it off in its entirety if you do.
