Absolutely shocking service. Non of the tracking information makes sense. Took over 2 month for my parcel to be delivered. When I started emailing after waiting a month. They were rude.
Never ordering again.

I recently shopped with infinities because they were really good on price and I was really happy with the quality of the clothes and trainers I received. I needed to get a refund on something that didn't fit and the customer services were really helpful and refunded my money straight away. Thanks Infinities! Will definately be recommending you to my friends.

Very poor service. Purchased item but didn't receive it, when chased was told it was sold out. Avoid this company unprofessional and time wasting. Now chasing a refund!

I bought a pair of trainers which I felt were of slightly poor quality when delivered, after contacting the company I was delighted with the way my exchange was handled, 100% professional, courteous and most importantly, resolved to my satisfaction,

Returned pair of shoes I bought in half price sale for an exchange in a larger size, waited 2 weeks without any correspondence. When I made contact they told me I didn't complete return label when I did, asked for same shoes in next size up, they told me they were out of stock. Went back on website to look for an alternative shoes I wanted were showing as in stock but at full price. Queried again and told they are out of stock.
Either I am being lied to or they have poor stock control on their website. Beware.

I will never shop at this website. There was a postal problem i ve faced. But this company has not even think to help me about my issue. They ve accused the postal service and do nothing(if there is a problem on delivery, "only senders can open a case" through postal service website or etc.) Poor customer service and post sales employees. Old and poor minded company. Think twice before shopping!!

Shocking customer service and quality of stock.

I ordered several items and they all turned up in different parcels, the packaging was awful and the trainers looked like they had been worn.

On returning the items I had to deal with rude customer service staff and shocking service.

I will not order from them again.

The only time you really get to see how good a company is, is when you need to actually return something, luckily that dosent happen very often and i cant fault the delivery time, however on receiving and returning an obviously faulty item, i was refused a refund on the grounds that they could not see the fault, even when given very clear instruction as to the location, rather than get offered a refund i was told they would send back the item to me? that or i could have an indpendant inspection taken out, or i should contact trading standards? (as you can see this is great customer service), finally i had to resort to using pay pal to dispute the issue which means its drags on a month to get your money back, this was the first and last time i will be using them, there are plenty of other online designer clothes stores that offer as good prices and offer more satisfactory customer service.

Complete and utter tin pot outfit. I certainly wont be in a hurry to buy from them again. I sent an item back for a refund which they said did not fall in between their two week return period. Fair enough, i should have sent the item by registered post which i didn't. I did however get a proof of posting receipt which had the date on which i sent it. Which was also the day after i had received it from Infinities. The date was also on the stamp of the parcel. So when my item turned up at Infinities they could see the date i had sent it and also that i wasn't lying. I know this basically falls down to my word against theirs, but i send many items by 2nd class every day in the UK and they do not take three weeks to get there. Which my return apparently did?? This dispute was also in September and not at the busy Christmas period where i could understand there might be a delay of this time. The most annoying thing was i had bought many items from them in the past, fairly regular customer and this is the sort of customer service you get? I ended up not getting a refund but a credit note to spend in store. It all left a very bad taste in my mouth i must admit.

I purchased 2 pairs of trainers for next day delivery. i received one on the right delivery time and the other was delivered late by about 2 days. i wasnt given any refund for the delivery charge on the 2nd pair of trainers or any form of apology. not pleased at all

All the purchases I have made over the last couple of years have been excellent, with a good price and speedy delivery. I look forward to continuing to buy from yourselves.

First time shopping at INFINITIES, I feel so worried. This is because the location of INFINITIES is very far from my country. So when I specifies to shop there, I just feel nothing to loose.

But, soon after I made an order, INFINITIES has surprised Me. I have quick response about my order completely. And the day after, INFINITIES emailed Me about the tracking number of my shipment.

Since there, I became INFINITIES loyal customer.

Top shop, has been for years, now online even better. Delivery always prompt and any queries answered immediately. If only all shops were this good!

Just giving a small suggestion here. I mostly purchase items to be sent overseas, so I hope maybe you could adjust the shipping costs a little bit. For example, maybe you could lower the shopping cost for lighter items, such as wallets, t-shirts and belt etc. It'll be great if you do so.
