Customer service 0 to none

Ordered 2 wardrobes, money was reserved for two weeks and then order cancelled as they don't have enough stock to fulfil order. There was 3 of them in stock on the website when I ordered. Then sent email for delivery quote as I'm from outside free shipping area, no response.

If I could give zero I would!

I ordered a bed , they charged me £60 delivery but told me this was a system error after I complained as the payment page said free delivery. But then added £60 onto the total - payment had gone through.

They told me this would be refunded.

over two weeks has passed and I am yet to receive a refund for the delivery and after numerous emails and calls I still do not have a planned delivery date for the bed.

I have now had to open a dispute with my bank. Meanwhile my son is sleeping on a mattress on the floor as his old bed was broken and we needed a new one asap but now can't afford to purchase one elsewhere as we have yet to receive a refund.

No delivery of product and no refund

I ordered a wardrobe on 18th Jun 2023. Till now, I haven’t received this wardrobe. I emailed to infinitihome.co.uk according to the instructions from infinitihome. However, no one responded my email. I emailed them to ask for refund now, and still waiting for their response.

We bought a great Media Unit but........…

We bought a Media Unit and have been happy with it. It is of good material and fairly easy to put together. However following installation two days after delivery we noticed that two of the hydraulic pistons used to provide resistance to keep the top cupboard door open had seized and made it impossible to open the cupboard fully. I emailed on the 12th August and had a swift response on the 18th August confirming the issue had been raised with after sales who will explore providing replacement parts. That was the last I heard from Inifiti Home despite emails to the sales email and the mobile numbe ron the website no longer takes calls. Not a good after sales experience and has taken away for the great product they supplied. just poor

Once again excellent quality product and customer service

This the second time we have purchased a product from InfinitiHome.

We bought a Walnut Shoe cupboard. We were once again very impressed with the quality.

We once again received exceptional customer service from Adam Stokes.

We would have no hesitation in using InfinitiHome in the future.

The company’s customer service is exceptional. I emailed with a query and a reply was sent within a couple of hours. It was friendly and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone purchasing furniture online.

Really pleased with the three pieces of…

Really pleased with the three pieces of furniture now that they are in position.The delivery driver (Roger) was brilliant and delivery went to plan perfectly. However the screws for the legs of the wine rack were missing and one of the legs on the TV stand looked out of sync when fitted. Thankfully, my husband managed to find screws that fit and solve the problem with the leg and we're now very happy with our furniture.

Very nice product and delivery-APPALLING packaging

Edit-Just realised that the product and service review are separate. The product is first rate. The only reason the service has any stars at all is because the delivery man was really nice.
The product-a mirror- I bought is (I think) lovely, appears to be well-made, and the gentleman who made the delivery was lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately, the packaging was inexcusably bad; insufficient tape was used, so that as I was manoeuvring the package through our front door, the adhesive failed and the mirror slid out and fell on to my toes. Fortunately the mirror didn't break, but I'm less sure about my toes. Perhaps 9 times out of ten packaging is unimportant, but this was the tenth time. Had the tape broken, I'd be less angry, but this was a case of insufficient tape (not enough either side of the joint at each fastening, and not enough fastenings), and so now I can't take out the bins because someone saved tuppence in tape. For the avoidance of doubt, the man delivering the package did nothing wrong; he handled it carefully and there was no visual sign of what was to come. Head office is to blame (unless it was some cowboy in the packing department who decided to skimp on tape)
