Took my money did not deliver

My order was charged on May 28, 2022. As of today 7/14/22 I have not received my $83.93 order.
Poor service. I tried to contact the number on my charge but the call cannot be completed.
Poor service.
I'm preparing to dispute my payment.

Another bad review

Reading all the bad reviews, I am adding to them. I got this order fully 6 months after ordering. I wanted to return it. This took a lengthy 6 weeks of going back and forwards until finally a full refund was offered if I returned the item to the address they provided me with, at my own cost. £9 later and item posted. Today, 6 weeks later, I received the item back as undeliverable. I'm disgusted with this company. Fraud I believe. I'm out of pocket to the tune of £52 now

Another unhappy customer

I ordered InfinitiKloud just before Christmas 2021. By the middle of January 2022 it was apparent that the company is chaotic and litters your Inbox with meaningless computer generated messages. I cancelled my order on January 18th.
2 weeks ago I received another email from them telling me that my order was on its way. I repeatedly replied that the order was cancelled but this morning a package has arrived!! 6 months after the first request to cancel. They have not taken any money out of my account as my Mastercard was renewed in April and therefore no longer matches the bank details they have for me.
This company does not listen to customers and it is impossible to communicate with a human being. I will NEVER use this company again.

Thieves fraud

Thieves fraud. I placed an order 8th February 2002,every time I contacted them all they say is we have opened a ticket for you. I have lost track of how many tickets that amounts to now,this is just meaningless talk computer generated and not from a human being. Please believe all the bad reviews, I know now that the are all true. Stay clear of this company. I have lost my money to these thieves.

Perhaps not a scam but extremely inefficient

Don't touch this company! Ordered on 1st May, followed up the following week when no indication of delivery. Multitude of polite excuses by email. Cancelled the order & requested refund - nothing happened. Eventually 6 weeks after initial contact Paypal have resolved the issue in my favour

Still waiting for my refund.

Their products did not work for me, so I returned them to their warehouse as per their instruction. I have been waiting for over 3 months for my refund. All I have gotten back are "Thank you for your patience" and "We are looking in to your issue.
Just basically stall tactics.
Do Not buy from this company. It is a Rip-Off.

It just goes from bad to worse, if that’s possible, I was contacted by them following my previous review, received same message four times from Jane,John, Ann, Keisha, with sincere apologies, saying looking into it. I chased these messages several times, then started getting messages saying “we have not received a reply, so we are closing the case, as we assume you have resolved the issue yourself” I immediately responded saying I had chased this issue in response to their carbon copy messages (although these messages did not seem to require a response, as they were an “apology” and a promise to investigate), how on earth do they think I can solve non receipt of my paid for item myself. Since my responses, guess what zilch. I have asked for a refund, again nothing. If I could give this shower minus points I would. Monday morning I am ringing my bank, to report and ask why they provide conners like this with credit facilities

Do not deal with this company I ordered…

Do not deal with this company I ordered the photostick in February it came in April. Trouble was the dongle wouldn’t fit my IPad. After complaining to this company I have received around eight or so emails from them each from a different ‘person’ saying we are looking into your case, it is now nearly June just send the correct dongle! This is a backstreet company. BEWARE!

I purchased two infinitykloud SD and…

I purchased two infinitykloud SD and two IK mini SD. I received the two Mimi SD’s but not the two infinitykloud SD’s. I contacted them and was pretty much given the run around. With promises that my problem was important to them. I sent them a photo of the customs declaration on the packet I received which only said the mini SD’s were in the packet. They are a rip off and you have no chance of resolving your issues. Please be aware this company is a scam and from all the reviews of complaints it’s certainly confirmed it’s a scam.

It has been three months since I…

It has been three months since I ordered from IK. In response to my many inquiries I get lip service. They offered a discount on an additional purchase. Really? I can’t get what I ordered in the first place. I requested a refund to my credit card or tracking for a shipment in route. Nothing. This was s a SCAM. I will contact the credit card company if I don’t have response in the next 24 hours.

Just a word of warning

Just a word of warning to anyone thinking of purchasing anything from a company called InfinitiKloud. I purchased a photostick from them some months ago, which turned out to be faulty. I wrote to them, asked for a replacement and offered to return the faulty product. After several emails, they offered to replace the product and did not require the return of the original one .
Despite numerous emails requesting the replacement and them saying it is on its way, it has never been received. Two weeks ago, I emailed them to say that if I did not receive the replacement product, I would publicly denounce them. Absolutely no response.
I am therefore denouncing them. Be very wary of using them. They advertise all the time on Facebook, but I would steer well clear.

My original order was via australia company.The 2 packages came from Complete Performance commerce, 221 Gooderham Road Wellawong , Queensland 4110. Pretty dissappointing result, Infinitikloud, not sure where to from here!!

I placed an earlier review and received a response from InfinitiKloud. This is my response to them:Thanks for your inquiry, I have received another email from IK and responded to that as well. I contacted IK first in hopes that you could help me with the troubleshooting but after a couple weeks and no help, I sought other attempts to resolve the problem only to find some disturbing reviews. I am concerned in view of the independent reviews I have read, not the IK sponsored ones, that your product really does not work and that is why I wrote the review. I would really like to make them work with your help. I do not wish to be negative but it is very clear that the device does not work as advertised by IK. It is obviously much more complicated. I would be more than happy to write another more positive review if I can get it to work. I understand I am past the 30 day warranty period which is unfortunate because I had a massive interruption resulting in the setting aside of learning how to use the devices.

Below is a copy of the response to the other email today from IK:
I purchased 2 InfinitiKloud SD drives for PC/MAC/Android and one IK SD drive for IOS on January 5th, 2022. (Per credit card records) I was unable to try one out till the end of March due to domestic difficulties. My name is ______________, Eugene, Oregon. Phone number is ______. When I plugged one of the PC/MAC/Android devices into my laptop (Dell Inspiron 17 3793) the device shows up but there are only two files that show: LOST DIR and System Volume Information. Nothing close to what instructions say I should be seeing.

I reviewed instructions, researched available information on line and tried all the “fixes” suggested including trying to get it to work on my Samsung S10 Android. On the Android, I would get the window showing options to click on the IK icon but when trying to select the InfinitiKloud drive option, nothing happens and the moving circle icon keeps turning.

I tried to find my order number which according to you would be on the email confirmation but the email has apparently been deleted and is no longer in my pc (including deleted files) so I have no other way to identify my order except via credit card record of purchase.

I downloaded the IK app on both my phone and my PC although it does not show on the PC, it tells me in the Google Play Store that it has been downloaded on my PC.

I have exhausted every option I can find for trying to resolve this problem without success. Please help.

Gave up!

I have spent literally hours try to transfer photos from my Samsung Ultra S22+ to my InfinitiKloud USB. Instructions included don’t relate to what appears on screen. Have disposed of InfinitiKloud, and will explore another brand. Very disappointed, and frustrated.

Don't waste your money, this is a SCAM

I ordered and paid £59 for this product as a Christmas present. it did not arrive. Several emails later I was given to understand it was a delivery problem and would be with me soon but in the meantime I was sent a 20% sweetener.
21st January 2022 I called them on 03308180840. Again they insisted it would be with me soon.
Now 11th March, that same number says the office is closed. My emails to their helpline, initially gave a response but now are saying 'mail delivery failed' when I insisted on a refund. Don't waste your money.

I am an avid Reviewer because it helps me and it helps other consumers. What a terrible SCAM Company: InfinitiKloud (a/k/a Quality Performance Ltd. Corp.).

Like others who wrote reviews of the Infinitikloud Photo Storage SD drive here is my short story so far: (1) Ordered item in November 2021 as xmas gifts. Did not receive until end of January 2022; (2) Tried the storage drive on a few computers and it DID NOT WORK. (3) Several email exchanges w/company to provide a return address; (4) Finally they provided a return address but it was a FAKE Address (turns out the address was to an Amazon return center). I am still trying to dispute this item through PayPal (at least they have a resolution center) and also trying to find the LOST package I attempted to "return". So now (4 months later) I have no item, no package, still no refund yada yada yada. Just DON'T do business with this company!!
