From Australia ordered my photostick over 4 weeks…

To add to previous,review. I have sent my tracking order several times I ordered the photostick over 4 weeks ago, and only after I had paid did I see that the order can take 6 weeks. The tracking shows it went to Hong Kong, London, Frankfurt back to London, Frankfurt and that's where the tracking stops. Why would my order be sent in the wrong direction. I cannot get any reply from the company. I have sent my tracking order. Is this just a scam.
I live in Australia .
My photo stick according to the tracking system has gone to Czech republic from Hong Kong.
WHY. I live in Australia Tracking number is
HKAUMMG-102645685. From Hong Kong to Australia is a simple flight. I am not happy

Undesirable business Practices

Oder placed on June 22, 2021. It is now July 13, 2021 and have not received the order. Was informed the product is on Backorder. Was not informed as to the Backorder information and no Shipment/Tracking#. July 13, 2021, called InfinitiKloud to CANCEL the order and to REFUND my Credit Card due to landslide undesirable customer reviews online.
July 13, 2021 - InfinitiKloud to REFUND. That's yet to be seen.

Very frustrating to see that the most…

Very frustrating to see that the most important "first step" is entering your product key or activation code. (Please don't tell me it's my "order number"...because it is not). Neither were included in my order. I haven't received a response to my emails either. Hoping someone can assist.

Promised replacement has not arrived

I ordered the infinitkloud wireless device after reading both their advertisements and some excellent reviews, how I wish I had seen the proper reviews first. I did receive the device but it never worked properly, I contacted customer services numerous times and to be fair they did try to help. Eventually my device stopped working altogether, I had paid for insurance and was promised a replacement FOC, this was on 9/6/21, should have arrived in a week. Still waiting I'm sorry to say, I have contacted them several times they just continually say the affair is still being reviewed. I have sent them copies of their own e mail promising a replacement but still no joy. I have always found American companies to be very fair in the past but sorry to say infinitkloud have tarnished this image somewhat.

It is four weeks since this outfit took…

It is four weeks since this outfit took my money.
I have contacted them three times.
THIS IS A SCAM
Do not trust them
This company responded on 'trustpilot' and as before they Lie. They say they cannot locate my order ... when I contact the Chat the order is located straight away. When pressed this outfit cannot give any timeframe for shipping ... it could be months. I have talked to them four times now. They are liars. If you go on to the website and order this stick it confirms it is in stock - they have no stock! They will take your money and never deliver.

Do not buy infinitiKloud!

The 64gb infinitiKloud charge worked fine when I first received it. When I went to do my next update I had to get a compulsory update. Since then it has stopped working properly. Hopeless. Nobody should buy one and get just one backup out of it! Customer service was sympathetic but did nothing else, like send me a new one at a reduced price for example.

Total scam

Total scam. They have other pages on Google that claim to be an honest review, it's them writing it. The only honest review about this company and it's invisible product is here. Why don't the authorities just shut them down.

Scam

Scam. Only after hitting the purchase button did it say that delivery time would be 2-3 months which is too long for my requirements. Wish I'd looked at reviews before proceeding.

Refund for unwanted, unordered products not issued.

I purchased one infinitikloud backup device, which I did receive. Subsequently two more unordered ones arrived at my address and charges showed on my CC statment on 1/1/2021. I called customer service and explined I received the items, did not order them, and did not want them. The gentleman with whom I spoke said to return them, keep a record of the return shipping(at my expense even though it was Infinitikloud's error) and check back if the refund doe not apper on mt CC statements. I erturned thewm vi UPS on 19 Feb 2021 with an expected delivery date of 22 Feb 2021 and to date, no refund has occurred. I spoke with the CC company today and was told to try gain with the vendor and if not satified to file a dispute. I'm presuming that the unorderd shipments were an honest mistake and will call Infinitikloud again, even though the CSR wih who I spoke very clearly made it sound like I was in the wrong and reluctantly agrred that I would be refunded when the goods were returned. I'm also presuming that they have been delivered by now and through disorganization on Infinitikloud's part, my refund has not occurred. At this point I'm sorry I ever got involved with this copany and if the opportunity arises among my friends and/or acquaintences, I shall strongly encourage them to steer clear of this company. I regret not having just disputed the charges initially. It would have been quicker and I would not be out $10.19 for return shipping and would not have been made to feel guilty about the whole mess. And, according to UPS, the package was picked up im Wayne, NJ on March 2nd, 2021. It would seem that there has been ample time to process the refund. If my call to Infinitikloud omorrow, 5/10/21 is not satisfactory I shall take Citibanks advice and file disputes on the charges. I'm a patient person but this has gone on way too long!

It's a scam

It's a scam. Took over 4 weeks before they actually started their shipping process (but only AFTER l contacted them about no update or tracking information sent to me. Numerous attempts to get answers but the same speech about being apologetic and be patient doesn't cut it when you are hung up to dry. Still haven't received the product but l will get something else that will actually be delivered, but l plan to be a pain and continue to give them a hard time for as long as it takes.

absolute piece of crap with no customer…

absolute piece of crap with no customer service.
took 3 months to get it and when i tried to use it to upload files onto new computer i was told i needed to get the new upgrade as this one will not work tried customer service they hung up twice and finally confessed they were jus a service center and were looking up directions online and had no idea what the product even was... after 5-6 calls and being very nasty the solution they had was... we will send you
a new one....

How scams can work

This is what I noticed based on my research. Companies make a bad, cheap, or fake item. The put up a website using daft "applying discounts" and other highly exaggerated marketing gimmicks. They then set up their own range of websites pretending to be independent review sites (or pay fake review sites to rate their products) and which rate their own product as a top product. They pay google ads or similar is used to bring those websites to the top pf search engines when people search for their products. They sometimes compare their products within the reviews to other bad products that they also own or sell, just in case someone buys those instead. When they see bad reviews on websites, they copy paste stock nice polite responses, just in case that might persuade a couple more people to ignore the bad review and carry on buying. Lesson is to use ratings from *respectable established* independent review website, forget anything that is a google ad, and consider buying an establish product brand if you wish to remove the risk. I am sure you can decide how much of the above relates to this product.

It's an absolute disgrace!

It is now the end of April. This company has £100 of my money for defective goods which were returned to them. They are great at promising to sort things out and promised me a voucher to spend on their DFYdaily.com site but they can't even manage to do this! Apparently it is still being dealt with by another department. They rely on people being worn down and just giving in. Shocking! No doubt they will reply to this review with a promise to deal with the issue. The trouble is they simply never do.

Buyer Beware

I specifically ordered this to use with my iPhone. Not a computer. When I received it the connectors do not work on phone, only laptops. I called twice and spoke to 2 people from the Philippines, who just kept repeating the narrative they were taught, so no help at all in customer service. Apparently, the company just lies about what they are selling you and then hangs you out to dry. DO NOT BUY. Too bad, it was a good idea. I guess the Photo Stick is the way to get the job done.

In my experience not a scam BUT....

I cannot review the product because it never arrived. Ordered in mid January for deliver to Sydney, Australia by mid February it had apparently traveled to Germany for some unaccountable reason and here the tracking information stopped. I was initially sympathetic to covid related delays but less so as time extended. I kept all my contact with them civil while expressing my frustration and disappointment. I rejected a 20% discount and requested a full refund. I was then offered a 30% discount, again rejected. Mid April with no further tracking since Frankfurt I demanded a full refund. To my surprise (given this and other forums) they agreed AND a full refund hit my C/card on April15th. My conclusion, not a scam, but undoubtedly the worst possible delivery logistics imaginable. As for the actual product, no idea!

Why did I not read this before trying to purchase one. Ordered end of March. Alarm bells should have sounded when i did not receive confirmation email of payment. Thats £60 gone.

Wait is too long

I ordered 1 infinitkloud on 10th January after doing reviews on its reliability. The first in the top 10 was the Infinitkloud. Have emailed support many times and have always had same response. Covid, transport etc received a 20% discount and now am offered free postage. Last email said "rest assured it is on its way to you" but no refund of postage yet. It landed in Sydney Australia on 8th February before ending up in Germany on 11th and has not moved from that date. The support team has been on the ball , but where is my Infinitkloud. Have had 2 tickets raised now. Unhappy. Did advise them that I would cancel order if a definate answer was not received by 31st March and I could see it was actually on its UPDATE IT ARRIVED TODAY

A total scam

A total scam. Promised in 3-7 days and tracking link shows travel around the world for a month but even DHL must be in on the scam. Three months and many emails later and still nothing in my mailbox.

No delivery after 3 months.

SCAM! Ordered 4 on 29 December '20 - still waiting 21 March '21 I have chased them up several times, but no answer as to where is my order and when will I receive it. To be as fair as I can be, they did offer to refund 30%, and I did receive it. But no delivery means they still pocket 75%. Should have read these reviews first.

Never Received - No Refund

Item was ordered and charged on 9 January. I have written many, many times. COVID is a standard excuse. Tracking numbers provided are not recognised by DHL, or alleged ongoing postal provider. It is 18 March - this item is not coming it seems & refund request is ignored. Does this company even exist? Reading other reviews, I question that. Sadly, the money for this was a Christmas gift from my son. Shameful.

UPDATE: I have received a response asking me to help the company understand where things went wrong by contacting their 24/7 customer service people. How difficult is it to understand that I paid for an item that I have never received, have been given false tracking information (I doubt that the item has ever been shipped), and that I have been in contact with them countless times over the past 2 1/2 months. What a waste of time. Do Not Order anything from infiniteKloud.
