I am extremely frustrated with the lack of accountability regarding billing for Order #108508. I originally paid for express shipping, which I later declined because I would not be in town to receive the delivery. I was assured a refund would be processed for that portion in March.
Instead, on March 30th, I was charged again in two separate bills for the same order. I brought this to their attention multiple times, specifically in an email on April 14th where I stated: "I was also charged again for this order on March 30th. There were two separate bills. I'm also waiting for the first refund of the express portion from the original cost from last month."
The communication has been incredibly disjointed. I’ve had to go back and forth with multiple staff members and it often felt like I was speaking to an automated bot that ignored my specific financial concerns to provide generic tracking updates. As of today, May 4th, I still have not received the refund for the original express shipping or the subsequent double charge from March 30th.
The product might be custom, but the customer service and billing practices are unprofessional. I should not have to chase a company for over a month to get my own money back after being billed twice.

Great gloves. Horrible service and delivery. No mention that company that is in Canada is shipping from
Pakistan. Paid for DHL express and 2 weeks later still has not received package. No phone number for dhl or infinitude to figure out status of delivery. Absolutely horrible horrible. Paid over $600 for 4 pairs of gloves.

Our squadron ordered 41 custom robes from Infinitude, and they absolutely exceeded expectations. The quality is outstanding—especially for the price—and far better than we anticipated.

The design phase took a bit longer due to occasional delays in communication, but once everything was finalized, the production process was quick and communication became consistent and reliable.

Overall, we’re extremely satisfied. These are high-quality boxing robes, and we’d definitely recommend them!

the attention to detail and the quality was the highligh, customer service was excellent, the shipping was in my hands before the estimated date (across continents) and the gloves... well they fit like a glove, extra comfortable... i'm a very happy nerd
