Start emplying more people to answer your phones and stop being greedy.... especially when you need what a month or 2 for emergency appointments also when braces put in snap ! Cannot park outside jordanhill practise and south side... Hamilton practise are staff attitude shocking and you need deal with them unfortunately as they have each practice who take turns on answering phone for 4 ! Disgrace!

Thank you for your review. I'm very sorry for your shocking experience. However, you are not in any of our database. I can only assume that this review is meant for another practice somewhere else. We have no Jordanhill practice or Hamilton practice. We only have one clinic in the Isle of Man. Our cancellation fee is charged if the booking is cancelled within 12-hours before appointment time. Rescheduling and cancelling an appointment can easily be done online. We also charge £95 for the cancellation fee and £50 for the rescheduling fee. Our braces do not snap, we use a different product. I do hope you can find a cheerful dental practice that will not charge late cancellation fees and can answer the phones all the time. I wish you the very best with the dental practice you are referring to.

James and the team amazing
James and the team were amazing with my daughter. She has a really bad phobia of needles and usually passes out! 1st attempt went really well and James even managed to do her 1st injection and complete the filing. 2nd time in didn’t go as well and whilst she was very close to passing out she didn’t and managed to have her treatments completed! Thank you for being so patient and understanding and putting her at ease all throughout! And me. 😊
