Bobby was brilliant helping us to plan our cruise. Just so knowledgeable, patient and so polite, nothing was too much trouble. Bobby suggested some welcome additions to extend our stay in Barcelona at the end of our cruise and was really great when we were asking about all the hotel stays and flights and even trying to find a good cabin on the ship. Received email outlining all the details of our holiday the following day, just as Bobby had said.

We have just booked a cruise QM2, for July 2023 , I really do try to shop around for a good deal! I rang this company a few days before i booked and spoke to Bobby, he was very knowledgeable and experienced but at the time i felt uneasy about booking but I promised Bobby i would give him a call before i finally decided which holiday and company i would use ! We booked a cruise and stay via Eddie. Eddie was very helpful finding us more suitable flights. He gave us all the relevant information and was extremely efficient at emailing our confirmation which was very detailed. We’ve never used Infinity Cruises before but would definitely use them again as service was great and choice and cost were also great.

Bobby Dahal, the agent we book our MSC cruise, from Cape Town to Venice [ Mar 23] was so helpful. Our booking was delivered as stated, Cape Town Hotel was superb, all taxis were there on time. We had endless problems, with MSC, when they kept referring us back to our travel agent unnecessarily,but Bobby cheerfully did everything in his power to help. Excellent agent and we wish to thank him and for his manager to know of his super service.
