We recently had our home's external insulation done by Infinity Energy, and we're compelled to share how impressed we are with both the results and the service. The external wall looks absolutely fantastic, a clear sign of their top-notch workmanship.

The Installation Co-ordinator Ramilla Kumar was impeccable every step of the way. The team was always on time, worked efficiently, and there was hardly any disruption to our daily lives.

A huge shoutout to Harshit for his extraordinary patience and support, which proved to be invaluable throughout the entire process.

Deciding on the colour of our external wall was a surprisingly emotional decision for us, and we found ourselves wavering a few times. However, Harshit Dubey was incredibly understanding and supportive, never rushing us and always providing guidance with the utmost respect for our feelings.

We can't recommend Infinity Energy enough. If you're considering them for your insulation needs, you're in great hands.

Their pricing was competitive, but it was their professionalism that won me over. Within two weeks, the team arrived to install our new solar system, and the installation process was flawless. They were courteous and considerate, adjusting their work to accommodate my calls as I work from home. Every evening, they tidied up and consistently checked with me about wiring and battery placement. They also installed the EV charging station, and since then, they've been proactive in ensuring the system is functioning optimally. I appreciated that the installers were part of the Infinity team and not subcontractors, which showed in their passion for quality.

I can't recommend Infinity Energy Organisation highly enough. They've perfected the whole journey, and we're thrilled with the results. We're looking forward to having an Air Source Heat Pump installed with their help, as they'll also manage the £7,500 grant. It is one of best building company I ever had! Thier service was always on point. They showed up on time every day. Whole day always went smooth, even they cleaned up my house after work. Adam Hinds was so friendly and always make sure that we are happy with all the works. After 16 separate visits over a 5 1/2 month period, this company finally was able to install our solar panels. They misrepresented and were the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their own installers would tell us how they were hiring people who did not know what they were doing, as evidenced by them having to return 16 separate times.
They ignored numerous phone calls and would not get back. Only after the threat of legal action and engaging the State Contractors License Board was there a resolution. Only use this company if you want solar installation in the worst way!

My experience with Infinity Energy Organisation Ltd. was absolutely dreadful. The insulation they installed proved to be substandard, resulting in water leaking into my property every time it rains. Their pipework left behind was in a deplorable condition, and they even left debris in my boiler flue, which prompted Gas Safe to issue a series of notices. The lackluster planning and project management also left me with a non-functional window. What's even more frustrating is that, despite the poor quality of their work and the passing of four months since May 2023, they haven't addressed these issues but continue to harass me for final payment. I strongly caution against engaging with this company.

The installation of external wall insulation was completed a lot quicker than I expected given the adverse weather conditions at the time. The quality of the install is top notch and I can only praise the team doing the install - 1st rate.

Infinity recently installed external wall insulation on our property.
Upon starting work protective materials were laid to protect the front garden and driveway.
Materials arrived promptly and were stored to minimize disruption/access to the property.
The teams arrived on time each day and worked with only a very short lunch break.
At the end of each day they would ensure everything was left tidy.
The teams were very polite and knowledgeable.
The work was done in February 2023 during an exceptional cold frosty snap, however this do not deter the teams from their work, in fact I kept trying to give hot cups of tea to stay warm but rarely did they want to take an extra break.
The quality of work by your teams is amazing, such a transformation to the external look of our home. We have had so many compliments from friends and neighbors.

We had our external wall insulation done and we are very happy with the final result. We had to have our roof line extended which was not correctly done on the 1st Attempt but after we highlighted the issues they were rectified 100% and the job was done to a very high standard the second time.

We struggled with the Cold weather but the office informed us if the workers will be attended each day or not. The final job looks amazing and the guys were very helpful attending to any request we asked of them even if it was a very small job, they were very efficient.

P.s. I would reccomend you change your third party that you use for scaffolding as they are not professional at all.

We had our external wall installation done to our house recently. Infinity Energy Organisation team carried out work to highest standard. The workers were professional and very friendly as well as provided helpful tips and suggestions. We also had storage battery fitted to our solar panels and again the Solar Panel team were very professional, friendly and helpful. The customer service has been excellent. Our neighbours and passer by have commented on the transformation of our house. We have also recommended Infinity to our friends and family. We would highly recommend Infinity for external wall installation as well as solar panel installation.

I have just had external
wall insulation done to my house. I cannot say how much I am pleased with the result. Their work is first class and all the staff and builders were friendly and highly experienced. The work was done quickly, to the highest standards and left my house clean and tidy.

If you are a women DO NOT use this company. I was sexually assaulted by one of their workers in my own home in June 2022. Of course I reported this and called the police. You’d assume this company would reached out to apologise and updated me with the outcome of what happened to the employee Mr Mahen Patel, however this was not done and still has not been done. I had to call them to get a updated, they confirmed Mr Patel lost his job but they were not apologetic. I have had no formal written confirmation that Mr petal lost his job or of the investigation that was supposed to take place. Please do not trust this company woman especially. You are not even safe in your own home. This is a disgusting company.

Infinity Energy Organisation carried out my house External Wall Insulation (EWI) and re-rendering work to a very high standard and exactly as per our requirement following building and Government regulation standard to meet Energy saving for future and using Environmental friendly material. Their Management and Sales support staff was also very friendly and honest, keep their promise, listen actively and provided a very competitive quotation on work required. Their team of builders are also very friendly, very experienced, honest and work to very high standard to meet customers requirement, leaving working are very clean. My house outlook has changed completed after work was completed. Couple of my neighbor's have also place orders to have their own house work done as they were pleased with excellent work carried out at my house. I will recommend Infinity Energy Organisation to my relatives, friends and other neighbors on high quality an honest work they provide.
