Painless, professional and smooth

This was the most painless experience I have ever had, I never felt pressured at any time during the process. The communication was excellent and very helpful when suggesting bikes within my budget.

I will quite confidently recommend infinity finance to anyone and I can guarantee I will use them again in the future.

no no no no no

I found their website when googling as I do want to eventually buy a motorcycle in 2024. However, all I applied for was a quote.

Since then I have been actively BOMBARDED with phone calls asking me to call their Manchester number (that's how I know it's them - it matches the one they give out) saying my '£10k finance application is approved'.

MULTIPLE things wrong with this.

First: I didn't apply for any finance. I applied for a quote and did not consent to any hard checks on my credit.

Second: The bike I want is £3k, and at no point did I even experiment with a quote on £10k.

Third: My god, harassment much? Multiple calls, emails, texts EVERY single day - I have currently got six voicemails in under a week from you people. STOP!!

Fourth: They don't ever take a hint. I unsubscribed from their emails, but still get emails. I had to block their number to stop them texting and calling.

Fifth: PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS - this is a very, common, scammy tactic they use to get people to apply properly. They say you're pre-approved for £10k finance and only then do they go through the application process. After that, it's a normal finance application and if you're not what they want they will deny you.

As I said to Faye via email, I will be reported these scammy methods to trading standards and also to not delete my review because I will only leave it again :)

EDIT 18/01/2024 - They've responded with a tantrum (lmao ain't reading all that) so Hey, so let me paste my 'abusive' email right here:

Hello scammers,

I did not ever apply for finance with you.

As I told the harassing text message person as well - I have never, ever applied. I wanted a QUOTE and you didn't even send me one. Instead you've basically stalked my email, texts and calls non-stop trying to sell me finance I never actually asked for.

Do you think I haven't read your Trustpilot reviews? About how you spam people who wanted quotes only with emails about being 'fully approved' for £10k finance, only to then later do the approval process and turn people down if they're not actually approved? This is nothing more than a fraudulent advertising/marketing scheme to get people on board. Frankly, it's kind of predatory, and I will be reporting it to Trading Standards and leaving a TrustPilot review that will only get replaced should you delete it claiming I'm lying.

I do not want any contact from your company ever again. No more voicemails, no more texts, no more emails.

As you can see, no abuse, just calling out their scammy, scummy practices for what they are.

You really need to look up what scammy and fraudulent mean. You quite literally lie, in black and white text, to get people to sign up with you. I will let you know if I hear back from Trading Standards. Have a LOVELY day.

Firstly you didn't apply to us direct, you applied on a third party website of a company called Motorly. You did not apply for a quote only, but completed a full application form, agreed to the terms and conditions of the application and submitted this via the Motorly website which they then forwarded to us for processing. No hard credit checks were done.
Secondly you are fully approved we do not need any proofs other than ID, no payslips, no deposit etc. We said this in the email.
Thirdly, initially you received one approval email and one text saying we have provided a credit limit as we didn't know how much you wanted to borrow. We called you three times over a period of five days to see if we could explain the process and give you a quote for the amount you actually wanted to borrow. You wouldn't allow us to quote a payment to you because you never took our calls or messaged /called back. As you had completed a finance application which was forwarded to us for processing it was entirely reasonable for us to assume you wanted to go ahead and would want to discuss your approval with us.
You did send an abusive email to us today saying you do not want to be contacted, so we were unable to deal with your complaint and put your mind at rest.
Our recollection of events differs from yours. We have been trading honestly for over fifteen years and your claims of Infinity Finance being "scammers" "predatory" "stalked" and "fraudulent" are your opinion and differ from our thousands of satisfied customers. If you would have let us talk/communicate with you we would have been able to give you the quote you wanted, confirmed that this was a full approval, confirm you were dealing with a reputable company who care about the customer and provide you with a selection of bikes to choose from (if you haven't found one yourself). If you really only wanted a quote why didnt you communicate with us rather than avoid us and complain?
