KEEP AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!!

First of all, when I passed my challenge last August 29th. I was issued with a live account on the 22th of October, after I made a request about it - I thought it was a straight forward process after passing the challenge - according to IFF rules, but NOT...
I made a Payment Request on the 6th/12/24. According to the policy it should be dealt between 1-4 business days. I just got a response this morning, saying; "Withdrawal Request Denied - xxxxxxxx
We're sorry to inform you that your withdrawal request has been declined.
Decline Reason: Risk Management.
Following a comprehensive review of your trading strategy and its potential impact on our risk management, we find ourselves unable to continue supporting your current trading approach. The inherent risk associated with your strategy poses challenges to the overall financial stability of our firm."

I have been given no proof of risk management or trading approach violation. But IFF advised, I quote: "As a result, we have made the difficult decision to close your trading account with us, effective immediately. This decision is not a reflection of your trading abilities but is solely based on the risk assessment and financial considerations of our firm. Please don't feel discouraged. We encourage you to continue learning and growing as a trader."

There is a lot to learn here. I paid over 1k for my challenge(HFT).
1- Passed the challenge, no live account issued immediately. Nearly after 2 months upen request. And during my challenge no rules violated.
2- I traded for 13 days, no account closure. A huge daily drawdown but recovered after few days. And then on profit, 77% win rate and 22% loss rate.
3- IFF violated their rule by not responding within 1-4 days.
4- Do they really have traders' best interest? I don't think so. It's my personal opinion.
5- No clear violation rule is issued that is written in the schedule of assessment or additional notes.

And I can keep writing on and on. But I think you all got me here. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!

how infinity funds closed my account without a clear explanation

My Experience with [infinity funds]

I want to share my experience with [infinty funds], which has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I opened an account with them and followed all the necessary steps to use their services. However, after some time, they decided to close my account without providing a clear explanation. Despite reaching out to them multiple times to understand why my account was closed and to request a reopening, they have refused to assist me.

What is even more upsetting is their refusal to refund the money I had deposited into my account. I’ve explained my situation and asked for a solution, but they have continually ignored my requests. It seems that their customer service is completely unresponsive to valid concerns, and I’m left feeling helpless with no way to recover my funds or resolve the issue.

I would advise anyone considering their services to be cautious, as they do not seem to value customer loyalty or provide adequate support when problems arise. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am still trying to figure out how to resolve this issue. I hope others don’t have to go through the same challenges I’ve faced.

Scam company

Scam company. Reject payouts without elaborating on why. 1 account was rejected for alleged copy trading, another for risk management despite trading low risk with small positions. Their role is to take your money and then never payout.

Don't let them fool you because they will try to make you think that they are reliable, but they are unreliable because they only want your funds and will let you down in the end. I'm saying this from experience, so, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PAIVA. They do pay.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM..

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM...
I've been profitable for 3 months now and have had all my payouts declined each time... I finally caught them out when they sent me the same breach notice everytime and I literally have used the exact same volume for every single trade this last month just to make sure... It's a scam so save your money they aren't paying.

When I messaged them to contest my last payout they replied to say I was correct that my volume was all the same (10lots) and that's it... haven't heard anything back now.

Infinity yet again refusing payout with poor excuse

Lol I expected this response from Infinity Forex Funds and not surprised in the slightest with this BS excuse for refusing to pay out!!

Failed and lost my account for reason of “Risk Management”. What! Really? I traded my 200k account using lot sizes of 0.10 to 0.30 with reasonable SL's and they tell me this. My maximum loss for each trade is $100-300 based on maximum of 100 pip SL which clearly makes no sense for this to be in breach for this reason!

They clearly do not want to pay anyone out as it is obvious after reading these many, many poor reviews. It's all about making money from failed challenges on the hope us idiots pay out time and time again.

I am a manual trader with a few years experience in a community of other traders who take this seriously, and these among many other supposedly legitimate prop firms are being discovered and reported on every single week.

Infinity have already done this to a lot of my colleagues who also unfortunately decided to line this scam firm's pockets for a prop account and not once have they made a payment to any of us.

Infinity Forex Funds are an absolute disgrace to the trading industry and further evidence that the prop firm industry is nothing more than a scam except for a very few legitimate companies out there.

Why Infinity’s support teams even bothered helping me with the issues I found and actually help investigate and fix them is amusing to say the least!! Wasting not only my time but theirs!

There were many invalid trades after checking the dashboard against that of the DX trading dashboard, which in fairness already told me Infinity are out to manipulate these trades and then fail to pay us out by telling us we breached our accounts. Disgraceful!

They could have also told me this a couple of days I requested payment, but they just delay things unreasonably for weeks and weeks and then with no reason whatsoever fail you for poor risk management.

I’ve asked multiple times to help me understand what I did wrong (if I did do anything wrong) but the risk team just send the same automated response time and time again, on the hope I’d return and buy another funded account. Yeah, right!

Waste of time!! Avoid at all costs unless you are prepared to just lose your money!

--Infinity Forex Funds -- by all means respond to this review and tell me exactly what I've done wrong, and I will work with you if this is a legitimate reason of failure. I will happily update this review if you do this - which I doubt!

A fraudulent and fraudulent company that does not even think about looking at their name

Advice, do not try to join such companies, as they are a waste of your money and time. I had 3 months with an account that was passed, and they did not let me work on it until after a month, and then the platform stopped due to problems they had for a month and a half, and after that I was given the account on a platform other than the Meta platform, which was very stupid and cheap and not suitable for working on DexTrader, and when I... Upon achieving the profits, they were withdrawn from me under a flimsy and baseless pretext, and then I did diligent work. I made profits and requested a withdrawal for 25 days, but there was no response, and when the response was received, they withdrew the account
The advice I have tried is that these companies are a waste of money and time, and there are other companies that are better than them and are honest and do not think about stealing from you.
