Doing business with Infinity has been such a pleasurable experience. We tried to time the delivery of our chair with the completion on our basement remodel. Due to unforeseen delays with our remodel, Crystal S., a Customer Experience Supervisor, went above and beyond to delay the delivery of our chair, until we found a place to store it. Crystal was a pleasure to deal with! When we finally got the chair into our basement, wouldn’t you know it, the chair wouldn’t power on. Cody, in customer service/repair, sent a technician, Jason, who diagnosed a faulty wiring harness. Cody sent a new wiring harness in a very timely fashion, Jason came back and installed the new harness and made sure the entire chair was running in tip top shape. Just like the chair itself, these three individual’s calmed us down and gave us peace of mind. The chair has been operational for a few days now. We are thrilled with our Infinity chair!

It's an excellent chair to get. It is not cheap but it's worth every penny. Customer service is outstanding. Immediate response and very knowledgeable technicians. I had an issue with the air valves and they send a tech out the next day and repaired it. If you are not going to buy an Infinity chair, you might as well not get one because they are the best. Highly recommended.

Nothing but good words to say about Infinity and their message chair! The product is great. Their customer service (and repair, if necessary) is even better! They took care of my chair when the foot massage wasn’t working. I did not have to pay a dime. Their repair person came out and fixed the issue!

I finally purchased the Infinity Dynasty chair I had been looking at and finally tried it. What a fantastic chair! After comparing all the others, it is the best on the market. I was thrilled to have it coming my way!
To my chagrin, I then realized the space it was going into: the door was not removable, taking away the minimum amount of space needed to get into that room.
I contacted customer service to discuss it. Debbie, Heidi, and Crystal were very helpful to me. Then, they contacted their tech guys to discuss this further. We took photos of the door and room, and they determined it would not fit without getting damaged.
We canceled the order and refunded my money with no other questions.
The level of customer service was unbelievable. These folks run a company that not only delivers a great product but also backs it up with impeccable customer service. They care about the customer experience and back up their products.
These are the kinds of companies with which we should do business in this age of sub-par customer service.

I didn’t expect a pleasant resolution to my issue, as good customer service is hard to come by these days. I had a problem with a massage chair I purchased in 2023 that had become unusable. Since I bought it through a dealer of Infinity Massage Chairs, I was concerned about how difficult it might be to get it back in working condition.
Initially, one customer service representative assisted me and made some progress, but I hit a roadblock due to a lack of information on my end. When I called back, I was immediately connected with another representative who seamlessly picked up where we left off. In just a matter of minutes, they resolved the issue.
To my surprise, the accommodations they provided went above and beyond what they were contractually obligated to do, simply to ensure I was a happy customer. They even followed up with me to confirm I fully understood what was being done, eliminating any chance of miscommunication.
The entire experience was far easier than I expected, and I am incredibly pleased with how they handled everything. Infinity Massage Chairs has truly earned my trust and appreciation.

I’ve had my evolve chair since 2019.
After daily use(3-5 30min programs a day) for 5 years, one of the motors failed.
I reached out to the customer service team and within a week Anthony had sent me the components his troubleshooting guide recommended based on what was happening to my chair(it wouldn’t complete body scan).
After a little trouble shooting and instructions provided by Anthony, I was able to replace the motor on my own and the machine works just as it did the first day I purchased it.
I bought this chair at Costco, and every employee from infinity that I’ve met, from the day I first tried the chair out to Anthony this past week, have been nothing short of amazing.
Another point I want to highlight is the versatility the company provides. I’m sure they have specialists I could have paid to get the chair up and running. The fact that they also provide the service to allow the customer to fix their own chair is phenomenal.
Every time friends come over I show them the chair and sing infinity praises. This recent experience is another tale to recount to them.
If you’re on the fence about this chair, let this review be the sign you need to know that the chair will indeed pay for itself.

Chair was purchased new, mother board was not working properly, contacted the manufacturing company and a new board was promptly sent, repair subcontractor was prompt and responded within a few days, worked the problem, installed board and spent the time to answer questions.

I researched massage chairs for weeks before I purchased. My call with them was so very helpful. The rep walked me through all questions I had and I ultimately bought a pre owned chair. I received it and had a couple issues with it when it was delivered . The service provided was very helpful and was sent a repair technician to address the issue. It was repaired to my satisfaction. One of the best customer experience organizations I’ve ever dealt with. I called to confirm that the order showed the additional padding I had ordered. Heidi Connors, one of their customer experience reps, proactively followed up on the regular to make sure they arrived and that everything was in order with the delivery and installation.
A couple of days after the installation, I noticed some vibrations when the machine was running. It turns out there was a manufacturing issue with the product that the installers had missed (some screws were missing from the back of the chair). It was a pretty obvious oversight, and I honestly was considering returning the product. I also had some questions about using some features.
Heidi Connors exceeded expectations in addressing all my concerns, answering all my questions, and ensured a senior installer was sent out to resolve the vibration issues. Thanks in no part to Heidi, I went from a temporary Infinity Massage Chair skeptic to a genuine fan.
The chair itself has been great. The construction is solid and offers a wide range of massage options. My biggest concern with the purchase was whether it would be used enough to justify the price. That has not been an issue. My entire family loves it more than expected and is constantly fighting over who’s turn it is. As other reviews have noted, the biggest issue is actually getting a turn to use it.

We purchased a chair last summer and had many issues with it right away. The service department was great and coordinated many service appointments and parts to remedy the issues. All issues were resolved by replacing the problem chair with a new one that works great. Thanks!

Purchased chair at Texas State Fair. Delivered in one week. Left side Bellows did not work due to broken hose. Installers could not fix it. Waited another 3 weeks for part and repairman. Hose that we received only 6"; needed 18". Repairman fixed it with 12" hose.
Asked salesman to ship us a slipcover for our troubles, but he never responded.
