Cowboys

Infinity ponds installed this fish pond. As you can see the workmanship is absolutely shocking! We have been let down from the day we ordered the pond. They state that delivery and installation will be done within 2 weeks of ordering but there was excuse after excuse and we ended up waiting almost a month!

When they finally turned up to install the
Pond there were 2 of them and I was shocked at how rude and ignorant they were. They seemed
Like they really didn’t want to be there at all and it’s clear in the work that they did.

They have used 2 different types of wood, the finish wood started to split and bow the very next day and that was even before we put any water in there! They didn’t put enough screws to hold the wood in place meaning that there were pieces literally popping off and the net was all
Ripped.

We have contacted them with the photos and explained the issues to which they offered to
Compensate but since then they have ignored every single message and have now blocked us!

We have been as decent and patient as possible but as you can imagine, this is an absolute let down. We should have known from the start they were not a reputable Company with the way they were fobbing us off with excuses why they couldn’t deliver!

Please don’t make the same mistake we have! STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

If they think blocking us will get rid of us then they couldn’t be more wrong! We will be taking this further. How many other people
Have been let down and ripped
Off by this company?? Aren’t there any honest businesses around these days?!

Utter shambles a…

Infinity-ponds.com made a complete mess of my pond. Bowing and leaking window along with the sleepers bowing complete shambles would have done better myself. Refused to come back and repair, blocked me from facebook incase I put negative feedback on there. Section 75 now being claimed to get refund. Going to cost me double to get fixed. Please do not use.

Absolute cowboys.

Total cowboys. Left with a pond very dangerous. 12mm glass in a pond that holds 6.5 tons of water. Didn’t use long enough screws and bowing everywhere. I’m now blocked by these in every form of communication. But they did brag that they never pay back like a badge of honour. Please don’t use. There’s absolutely loads of people with the same complaints. Section 75 now in place and I’ve now made an official complaint to the HSE. Oh and they are from Hull. Not Nottingham like it says on their website. They also advertise via Pond ideas Uk a lot. Funny how all the admins on this site are from Hull also, with no pics of their ponds?
They advertise via Facebook marketplace and eBay as a private seller. HMRC are also involved.
I am a disabled veteran but I will not stop with chasing this company.
Updated! I have now been given a full refund. These clowns even tried to send pictures of a totally different pond saying it was the 1 they did for myself? If that doesn’t speak for itself then purchase at your own risk. But look them up on companies house and how their owner also does container offices and people have been ripped off for thousands of pounds.
Jonesy you may of blocked me on every way imaginable but I won under section 75. I told you I would. Now I wear the badge.
Lastly if you do want a pond from these cowboys then pay on card. Never ever a bank transfer!!!!
