Hard to get prompt replies from this company. I received a VoxBox..my item was poorly packed and not sealed properly inside box. Slow response to customer assistance requests. You need improvements!!

The thing about Influenster is it's legit you can get free products, you can use either there site or app to get things started.

You create a profile ofc hook up Instagram for some reason -_- an get started.

But the issue about "getting started" is the fact that it'll take time for brands to reach out to you so you can be able to get a sample (depending on what you put in your profile) BUT! They made it easier for brands to reach out to you by doing daily task this will help you level up by tiers I'm not sure what's the max but that'll help you get some traffic.

The issue though is people are complaining that there not receiving any news or anyone reaching out to them for awhile so doing daily task seems a bit pointless an all daily task do is give you questions that leads to sample but they don't correlate to what you put on your profile.

And a lot of people are not comfortable with there latest update On the app (not sure what the layout looks on the site) but apparently users enjoyed the previous layout n the update killed the user friendliness.

To get things back on track what they should do as a advertising agency is to reach out to brands do a lil suggestion on there app/site an recommend to certain people who have there profiles n info set up match what the user an brand is looking for. Not saying they don't have anything like that or something similar but to make it more convenient as a user I feel it can stay the same with most things but the whole point is to have samples/products an give it to people for a review.

So naturally I wouldn't really recommend using these guys communication is a big thing for stuff like this an it's not that crazy to see people aren't enjoying this yes it's legit n again free samples n products but it doesn't change the fact where not only have to wait but also grind out daily task.

An even if your maxed tier that doesn't mean someone is gonna reach out to you an you probably wasted a lot of time to get to where you're at now so really what's the point.

I am very confused.
I saw Influenster in an ad on Facebook, signed up on a whim, activated my profile (only 75% done) and then forgot all about it. I received no emails, but two days ago I got a package with a set of Jabra headphones in from Influenster. Considering the fact that I expected nothing and forgot the site existed, I am happy. I am very confused though, as to how I qualified for them, so I feel like I can't really review how the site works/what you have to do to gain something, cause I have no idea what I did...

If i were you i would run from their cashbacks and not do cashback campaigns because they are big problem. I have done two different cashbacks and never receieved my money, i contacted them and they said my paypal is the issue and i have no problem receiving or sending money with paypal. They have issue with their paypal and glitchy app..They owe me money and this is ridiculous.

I enjoy #influenster as you get to read reviews and find out what work & what's good & what's not. You even write ✍ your own reviews on your products 😃.
And if your lucky enough to get picked you can review there products and share pictures 📷 aswell to your other platforms (I've not been picked yet 😭 for a #voxbox by #influenster but once I have as I do put a lot of work in I will come back and explain more about the #voxbox 😃)

I have done everything they ask and have done many reviews but have never recieved anything, I think this is aimed at young people.

I have been a member of Influenster for almost a full month. I have an impact score of 2519 and 141 followers. Since Day One, I have posted a ton of reviews and pictures, asked questions, answered questions, filled out all of my snaps, linked all of my accounts, shared with my friends, got my friends to join, and answered every survey that they sent to me. I'm active with YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and recently created a TikTok account. I've spent hours upon hours on this site, and still haven't qualified for a VoxBox. I truly believe that I'm "too old" to be included in this program. I looked up reviews about this company, and others have stated that they feel like if you're over 35, you're not going to get anything. I've filled out everthing completely. Everything. I'm giving it two more days to see if things change (giving it one whole month), but right now I'm about ready to give up. I belong to some other groups that send me wonderful products for free for my honest reviews, and they don't mind that I'm 57 years old. It's just disheartening, as even though I'm older than a lot of people in this group, I take care of myself, like to look nice, wear lots of makeup and cologne, and buy lots of nice clothes and products. I feel like I'm being discriminated against because of my age. I wish I could get those hours back that I spent reviewing products doing something productive.

This absolutely is horrible I'm trying to leave a review and it won't even let me keeps asking me to pick a product every time I pick a product it turns around and asked me to pick a product again It's ridiculous

The cashback campaigns should be removed since they never pay back for purchasing the product and replied a month later that I can return the product which I cannot after a month.

I've written about 50 reviews for Influenster, worked to earn their badges, but their system keeps making mistakes. For example to get reviewer badge I needed to write 5 reviews. But because I didn't do it through the badge link, my 49 reviews still haven't earned me the badge. Silly I know. Also, I've logged in every single day for about a month, but a couple weeks ago, it reset my day streak back to one, and stayed that way until I restarted my phone (and the app). I'm tired of doing so much work and none of it making a difference. No one cares how good the reviews are, just that it's got the right amount of characters. It's a way to get many free reviews from people in the hopes that they'll receive a VoxBox. I'd rather write my reviews for someone else, thank you. Someone who is up front about the trade off.

I like that you can do unfiltered reviews on the app but that’s all I can say so far, I’ve been active on the app but not been selected for a campaign yet, oh the apps pretty slow compared to others I use/used. You get regular emails saying somebody liked your review (you can see that for yourself on the app) so it’s like spam, I’ve also noticed quiet a few things only offered to USA, what about us in other countries

I use this app more as a storage vault for my reviews and product testing. I have had a few VoxBox campaigns, but for one of the sites TOP Reviewers, I am irked I get very few items from them. Definitely more of a popularity contest targeted to US consumers. Most reviews are garbage or hype related. They need a better filter for content.

ive been using this company since 2014 and love all the opportunities they give me. if you want to test free products you need to keep a close eye on your email everyday to not miss their emails and be active in their app.

Hello all, A month ago I received a jar of Loreal rosie toned moisturizer to use and give my opinion. It was a full size jar, and free. Now mind you, I'm 69 years old and have my share of fine lines and wrinkles. I was starting to notice subtle little changes in my forehead and cheeks. I can tell you I'm impressed! My face is so soft, and I like the way my skin is looking. Well done l'oreal! I won't stop using this moisturizer.

I love reviewing things. It’s super good when you have opportunity to talk about product that did nothing at all, or just did wonders!
It’s super easy to use. Haven’t received any boxes yet, because I’m new to the app. But reading and making reviews is pretty interesting, you can learn so sooooo much! ♥️

As long as you stay active and check your email regularly you get a good amount of opportunities to sample products. I’ve been apart of influenster since 2014 and on average have tested 2-3 boxes a year. This company is legitimate and if you enjoy sampling free full shine products and reviewing them publicly this is the site for you

I’ve had an account for Influenster for a few years now. I’ve always loved this website but very bummed that I don’t receive any boxes from them anymore. It seems like they have changed but I still love their site! It’s nice to be able to search for a product your interested in and read reviews or review items you have tried.

I’m very happy to discover this app. I’m new here and only from questions I’ve discovered such a lot of beauty products that they exists. I hope I’ll discover more and more. Thank gou for this app. Wishing myself to recieve my forst voxbox soon ))
