They did not deliver the report as…

They did not deliver the report as promised, charge a fee just to register and ask the question, and then wanted to charge extra for the report. They still charge fees, although I have cancelled.

I would like not to give even one star, but the Trustpilot system needs a minimum of one for a comment.
