While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Awful customer service

Bought a subscription to produce some graphs for a project. Tried making one graph, it wasn't satisfactory. Requested a refund - was denied. I paid for a whole year to produce zero graphics, and they point blank refuse to refund the money.

Shady subscription billing practices

I saw an unauthorized charge on my account yesterday from Infogram. Without warning or authorization, they’d auto-renewed my subscription. They put unnecessary barriers in place to cancel, like threatening you by making all your presentations public - that is an INSANELY predatory practice that is NOT highlighted upfront, for obvious reasons. I hadn’t used the service because it wasn’t helpful when I initially tried. I wish I had come across these reviews as a warning. But I reached out immediately to request a refund. They refused by saying that this stipulation was buried in the TOS. They then said they’d canceled my subscription for me; I canceled the subscription yesterday, so they outed themselves with that admission. This is the first service I’ve come across that doesn’t provide a warning before billing and doesn’t issue refunds when you immediately request on the same day as the charge appears. Bizarre. They clearly need a better business model if their success relies on deceptive business practices like holding customers hostage with threats to publish their private content and subscription theft.

Incredible platform

Incredible platform. Love the interactive.
Will hopefully make powerpoint disappear. I find powerpoint presentations very boring.
The subscription model needs tweaking as in the free model (that you use to get to know the solution) there is no ability
- to view your creation offline (so I could not concept test the creation)
- maps available is 13 in basic (mainly USA and lativa where the developers are from) which means outside the main countries it is likely not to be there.
- no ability to create custom regions. MapHub (based on openstreet maps) has this ability. MapHub is street level navigation. This tool allows you to display the key facts visually. Ideally you want to link to MapHub some how so user can get the map functionality
