Negative review – my real experience with Infoicon Technologies

I worked with Infoicon Technologies for 12 months for SEO services. During this entire year, they constantly lied and made false promises about results.

They repeatedly guaranteed first-page and top Google rankings, increased traffic, and “big results within just one month.” I heard the same promises every single month.

The reality is completely different. After one full year of SEO work, my website receives no more than 10 visitors per 24 hours. There were no real improvements, no rankings, no traffic, and no measurable results at all.

Despite the lack of results, they kept pressuring me to continue paying, sending daily messages with new promises and excuses, claiming that results were “just one more month away.”

I have paid thousands of dollars for these services, and in return I received nothing of value. This has been a complete waste of time and money.

Based on my experience, their SEO promises are misleading, unprofessional, and not backed by real results. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone looking for serious or results-driven SEO services.

Now that I know the fact I can write a proper review.

My experience with this company is a disaster. They were suppose to improve our website ranking and the traffic on our website through SEO. I hesitated quite a bit before I started with them since their reviews are not the best. However I decided to give them a chance. I paid twice 300€ and they were suppose to work for this money 2 months however the results after 2 months were negative and I stopped before they would create more damage. The overall rankings for the most important keywords dropped and the organic traffic dropped on average 30%. Even the domain authority dropped. Spam back links , website group linking to each other, 109 backlinks come from websites never registered them . This I call a botched SEO practice. We lost quite a bit of money due to their actions and still loosing money due to their actions.
I have also noticed when they receive a negative review they simply reply that “you are not client with us”. However I have the invoices. Please stay away from this scam. This is not only the money that I paid to them but the money that we lost due to traffic drop. I can’t believe it that I got involved with this scam. I am convinced that it was a deliberate action from them in order to get more money from me. When I asked them why our traffic and ranking was dropping they would always answer that there was Google update. When I checked only our site was affected but none of our competitors. Which obviously a big lie.

We entrusted infoicontechnologies.com with the promotion of our website. The quality of their work proved to be extremely poor, producing low-quality AI-generated content. The contractually agreed activities for website optimization were carried out in a sloppy manner, only after several months and repeated follow-ups. Website traffic has not seen any substantial improvement. They are, however, very efficient at delivering substandard work the day before invoice payments are due. Overall, we have essentially wasted both money and time.

Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend 🚫

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very disappointing. The agreement was for a webshop to be delivered within 3 months, but after more than 7 months the site was still not functional and did not meet the agreed standards.

Communication and follow-up were below expectations, and despite paying a significant deposit, I never received a usable result. I had higher hopes, but in the end I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

No reactions on mail and no refund

Scam, good reviews are fake, €250 a month they charged me for SEO, 9 months and no change, they kept sending me spread sheets with BS information.
Keep your hard earned money...

Does @abhi kumar and @Prahlad Gahlout are still part of your organisation #Infoicon Technologies ? Those people and your organization are silent .. they are not reliable to handle a project and your organization do not have a professionnel behaviour at all !!!
Still waiting delivery of new functionalities on my web site - contract signed 12-2024 for 4 to 6 weeks of development ... July 2025 .. project not finish and deliver ... no technical or commercial solution proposed !! ...

I worked in this company as a email marketing , and my experience was extremely negative due to unrealistic expectations, poor management, and a toxic work culture.

The company imposes unreachable targets on the email marketing team. Even if you achieve 90% of your goal, they still deduct your salary. In reality, hitting even 90% is very difficult because the BDM (Business Development Manager) team often fails to properly follow up on leads. Yet, if the project doesn’t convert, email marketers are blamed and even fired — while the BDMs face no consequences.

To make things worse, the BDMs behave like they are untouchable, and the company’s owner fully supports this imbalance by allowing them to reject leads without justification. This creates a culture of blame, not teamwork.

One of the most shocking incidents during my time there was when a colleague collapsed and suffered a mini heart attack due to the constant pressure. He fainted at work — yet the owner, BDMs, and HR showed zero concern. It felt like the wellbeing of employees simply didn’t matter.

Advice for others:
If you’re thinking about joining this company, I strongly recommend reconsidering. The work pressure, lack of empathy, and unfair practices can seriously impact your mental and physical health. Instead of career growth, you may find yourself stuck in frustration and desperation.

This company is not worth it. First they spam your email with there services. and then also they didn't do there research so they copy paste all there emails. Doing no research at all.

I do recommend shikhar sharma of infoicon for the great kindness and professionalism. I have observed improvement in my google ranking since he started to take care of my website seo. It is coming slow, as always with google, but i am optimistic, it goes in the right direction!

With their cantankerous attitude they are probably used to getting their way. The reason they are not sharing the code they made for their clients is because their side business is selling user profiles garnered from the use of their software for ad-targeting purposes and the client is of course not supposed to know about this.
