The arrogancy of this company on top of its incompetence to timely administer they are sending reminders and threatenings of unpaid invoices, which are actually paid on the due date but totally unaware

After dealing with three inflated invoices in less than a year from Dental Clinic Belgisch Park, Infomedics has once again shown that they do absolutely nothing to protect patients from abusive billing practices.
Despite clear evidence, documented corrections, and a repeated pattern, Infomedics simply “processes” the bills and washes their hands of any responsibility. At this point, they are not just a passive intermediary — they are a willing accomplice to a system that takes advantage of patients.
If you ever end up in a dispute, don’t expect Infomedics to help, support, or investigate. They enable the problem rather than fix it.

Thieves! They send invoices by email with payment links that do not work on IPhone - then a second reminder that also has no working payment links but does have incasso costs….. They are robbing people with the excuse of bad IT from their side.

Blocked from Payment, No Response
My dentist uses Infomedics, so I have no choice but to pay through this platform—but I would avoid it if I could.
When I tried to pay via the link in their email a while ago, the web page was almost blank and simply said I was blocked. I couldn’t complete the payment, so I contacted them about the issue but never received a reply.
Today, I got another email saying I hadn’t paid and now I have to pay an extra collection fee. That makes no sense to me. I even submitted a form on their website, but again, no response. At this point, I have no idea what’s going on.
Even one star is too much
I never received the original invoice or any reminder. Only after doing my own research and entering the reference number on their website did I discover what the supposed claim was about. Instead of clear communication, I immediately received a threatening debt collection letter with €40 in extra fees.
This caused stress and sleepless nights. Transparency and proper communication are completely lacking. Even one star is far too generous.

WHY can't they setup the automation for that while they CAN setup an automated physical letter that adds 40eur to a 20eur bill?? That's seems like a plain scam!

Unfair, Setup to Charge you Extra!
I only ever had this problem with a single company in my entire life. In 45 years, I've not been late on a bill once.
Infomedics is an aweful company. They send you emails that end up in spam, and they refuse to send paper invoices. They provide inaccurate information. They are a monopoly. They are happy to take your money.
DNS issues, but otherwise easy and quick service.
The Infomedics website was unreachable on my PC, but worked fine on my phone (via 4G). Turns out my ISP’s DNS couldn’t resolve the domain, so I had to manually switch to Google DNS and Cloudflare DNS in my adapter settings — after that it worked fine.
I prefer digital communication over physical mail, which I find slow and unreliable. This online system is perfect — fast and convenient.
I’ve seen a lot of 1-star reviews due to emails ending up in spam. Honestly, instead of writing a bad review, maybe learn how email works.
No experience with customer service, but let’s be honest, most customer service is pretty bad these days. Thank the AI-Chatbot overlords.

It is extremely difficult to manage finances and a budget when you plan to make payments and week after week, its impossible to complete them.

I received an unjustified injunction! Through Infomedics Netherlands I want to defend myself because no one warned me, only a letter to my old address of residence and then silence for six months and now they ask me for more € 200 when I should have paid only € 28, through the bailiff!
They are scammers and they are extorting money from me. Anyone like me who has gone through this, please contact me please!
Predatory, avoid providers that use them
I was taken aback by receiving an incassokosten of 31.50 without a previous reminder and I have come here to realise this is part of their business model. Predatory, particularly taking into account that older people or non-Dutch speaking migrants might receive multiple invoices and pay them. They don't have a functioning email and do not answer the phone. I have paid the original invoice and complained to my medical provider, and will send my objection through registered post.

They Infomedics charge me for the bill I never received. We are checking it now in Twiter and it seems it happens with many people. No reply to complains . They over charge me (700 euro!) for the recipe (50 euro Bill) I never received
