With one month left before my exam, I was feeling overwhelmed by all that I needed to study and felt really lost in direction. But even in a short time, Damon was really attentive to my concerns, providing great tips + strategies and helping me narrow my focus for my last month of review! It is clear that he’s very experienced in what he does and those that he helps! Would highly recommend to anyone studying!

Ifd was extremely transparent and friendly. Additionally, they were willing to sit through and answer any concerns I had, which tbh is impressive.

For anyone wondering if they should purchase a review course from IFD, I *highly* recommend! I always struggled with reviewing exams bc the AAMC explanations are lacking to say the least. John and Maggie’s full length review course was worth every penny! Especially for CARS! They do an amazing job of breaking down the passage/question in a way that makes it relatable and more understandable to start improving on full lengths - and for like a TENTH of the cost of a big box MCAT course😅 I saw huge improvement in my practice exams and I retook my mcat last week, so I obviously don’t have the score back yet, but it was still worth it to go into the exam feeling more confident knowing I had some strategies under my belt!

Edit: I got my score back the other day and it’s FINALLY competitive enough to apply! I went up 8 points since last year and 21 points since 2 years ago. Not a doubt in my mind it was bc of this program! 10/10 recommend!

I had a zoom meeting with Damon who helped me think through my plan for studying for the MCAT. He helped me so much during our zoom call and left me his email to ask more questions. Very helpful, I would greatly recommend!

John and Maggie are absolutely amazing! Their YouTube channel makes the MCAT so much easier to understand and accessible for everyone. Damon was able to outline a study schedule for me that allowed me to study while also working full time. It was absolutely perfect, and John & Maggie's high yield guide brought my score up 25 points!! I would absolutely recommend this study tool to anyone who is about to start studying for the MCAT.

Well, my sister bought it for her studying and said it was 80 dollars, but it ended up charging me 114 CAD instead. So when I saw it one day I called my bank and asked them to recheck the large charge (i'm broke), and almost closed my card until I realised it was from her Mcat thing. I believe your page does not specify the currency? Anyways, that was just a headache for me. Can I get a half refund for this? That large transaction is killing me

During my 15 min session Damon was able to pin point exactly where I was faltering on my full lengths. Offered tangible paid AND free solutions to meet students wherever they are at. Damon was super knowledgeable of the MCAT and a great listener if I wasn’t 2 weeks out from my Exam I would have definitely invested in their resources ahead of time.

Meeting with Damon was so helpful and he was very patient and extremely helpful. I watched the YouTube videos, and bought the HighYield Sciences and Math Bundle. I cannot describe how much I appreciate the effort that went into making this material. I found your YouTube while looking for explanations for a practice test section I was reviewing and I was hooked from there. The explanations in the videos and written materials are given in a way that feels like a peer is talking to me. I don't feel like I am being taught as if I should already know something nor do I feel material is unnecessarily drawn out. I feel like my time and money was efficiently spent. Thank y'all for all of your hard work! (still awaiting my test as I wrote this!)

Math has never been a strong point of mine but the math book has helped significantly by boiling down complex topics to simple, actionable steps. I highly recommend this book to anyone. Perfect balance of detail and clear/concise explanations. Thank you

I decided to purchase the High Yield MCAT Course after finding IFD on YouTube. I really liked how they broke down the info for content review and passage walkthroughs in the videos and honestly wished there were more of them to cover the rest of the topics. Sometimes, it's just the wording of a content creator that helps you learn better, and these videos helped me retain the info for the long term.

They cover how to use Anki as well as strategies that helped me pick up points on practice CARS passages, as well as Organic Chem and Physics. For someone who has a full work-study schedule, just rewatching these videos and carrying out the strategies helped me increase my score by 9 points on AAMC practice exam 2. I just wish they would make videos on low-yield topics as well. I will be purchasing their IFD Mastery course primarily for the UWorld and CARS unlimited combo to do well on my first attempt.
