Great lerning experience to perform as a cyber security Analyst capable of functioning in any information security environment when you complete all the assignments

These training materials and instructional videos arranged the concept of the actual application of specification ISO 27001.

I attended the hands-on cyber security specialist internship and it was a life-changer. We worked on real life scenarios and projects and also Dr Atef was able to clearly breakdown these concepts further and there was access to loads of information for the taking. Earlier n 2017, I had done the certified ethical hacking training of Dr Atef in Udemy.

I recommend Infosec4TC any day. Dr Atef is also very helpful and always willing to help. I was able to get a job after this also.

In the past, I had tried to read books on CISSP in preparation for the exam. I never got halfway through any of the texts I had to read at the time. The books made studying for CISSP very complex. Luckily I got introduced to Dr Atef's CISSP video tutorials. His teaching methodology made my studies very easy and in no time I had completed the CISSP training and completed the practice questions as well (this is very very important, with 85% pass rate on the practice tests you are good to go - CISSP certification is sure). I wish I had worked with his CISSP training materials right from the onset of my cyber security journey.

When I got wind of his Cyber Security Specialist workshop, I didn't hesitate to join and I am very glad I did. With the Cyber Security Specialist program, you are involved in a real life work situation. You get your hands dirty and the knowledge you get from this experience is immeasurable. You get to learn practically from every aspect of cyber security. To get this kind of hands on knowledge and experience, you would have worked upwards of 5 years or more and must have moved from one function to another. Prof’s knowledge transfer mechanism is on point! You are provided with lots of resources that are useful in real world work scenarios. He takes his time to break down every security concept, he ensures everyone understands and where necessary he explains is points using real world scenarios to ensure everyone follows the logic. He also creates time for one-on-one sessions every week. I can tell you for a fact that even a Masters Degree program in Cyber Security will not impact you with real world/hands-on knowledge like the Cyber Security Specialist workshop does. I highly recommend this program for anyone seeking to be grounded in Cyber Security.

My genuine experience with Prof. Atef
• I've found Professor Atef to be a dedicated educator who goes above and above the call of duty. He's always on time, and he's always right on target. He communicates in plain English, which I believe most, if not all, students can grasp.

• He values and respects your time, and he only gives you as much content as you can handle. I've never seen him speed through class to get to the end of a topic; instead, he'll take his time to go over the topic again with numerous examples, making the class as participatory as possible with popup questions to ensure that everyone understands the lecture.

• I've found Prof. Atef has been incredibly helpful to me in overcoming the learning curve because he has helped me cut down on the years of studying and trying, therefore trial and error. In my opinion, it would be injustice to categorize Prof. Atef to be an instructor; instead, he is a mentor who makes your success his personal goal and goes above and beyond to achieve it; he actually cares about his students. Based on a student's educational background and experience, he reduces, deduces, refines, and crafts his interactive classes. He begins by constructing and teaching one's attitude to think about information security. He expands on it with a story-like structure that carries over from lecture to lecture while keeping the lesson's integrity. He will lead you to the technological component once the principles of the courses have been completed. His assignments are a taste of real-life projects, and he will train you in a variety of topics covering the realms of people, process, and technology. After completing this course, you will feel more like a Swiss army knife with several talents under one belt, providing you the ultimate competitive advantage in the business to qualify for an entry level information security position. Based on your project experience and the instructor's vouching certificate, you will undoubtedly be one of the recruiter's top choices, that’s of course you do your share of the assignments.

• Classes are of a small size ranging between 15-25 students per batch, which means you'll have more time to ask questions and, if you have any doubts after class, you can always contact him for a one-on-one session to clear them out. In my situation he was always available for every one-on-one session, and I took use of this option 10 times throughout the course with each session varying between 10-45 min. Throughout the session he never rushes you instead he hears you out trying to understand your doubts.

Overall, I find this course to be extremely helpful due to the training and support provided by the instructor. However, my suggestion to the instructor would be, to start off with a list of assets that we will be using in our projects to get in-depth experience

It's been long since I started following Dr. Atef and One thing I got to know about him is that he really cares for his students, is extremely supportive and gives answers for each email & message. The courses themselves are great and much more realistic than anything I saw before. Just go for him!

ISS workshop course is not like other courses, I consider it as a job experience with real business scenarios and that is needed for many job seekers nowadays. It is far away from any traditional online courses. Adding to that the experience of Dr. Atef to make you understand the complicated topics in easy way.

The reason I joined this very special workshop.

When I commenced my journey in the Cyber Security field at York University I got more and more interested to know more about why and how things happening in the real world with all the attacks news that every day pops up from news agencies around the world.

During my studies in university, I began to realize that for real challenges out there in businesses I needed to have hands-on experience with real projects rather than a theoretical/academic approach to cyber security. With the lack of relevant workshops at home, I began to search for finding any possibilities that I could have engaging me with these types of activities.
