Apparently I bought 3 vaults between november and december last year. I don’t know how that happened. I don’t even have a mail notiflying me of the buy for the last two. Anyway, i just discovered it and when I tríes to access them, I could y, because they had expired, so I could never benefit from them.
And the reason why I found out is because I tríed to cancel recurrente payments going from my Card because I don’t know how I got subscribe to the ai hub.
I had sent múltiple emails since I discovery this Telinho I never wanted this subscription, but there is no answer. So I have been for Ed to reduce to 0 my only limit in the Card, so that at léase there are no frutaré payments in the future.
So , yes, 0 stars from me.

Customer Service is non-existent, refund request ignored

I've bought programs from InfoStack for many years and have found benefit from them. It's been awhile, but a program came up that looked interesting so I bought it.

After reviewing it, the main program I was interested in was just a rehash of knowledge I already knew. I wasn't necessarily dissatisfied, it just wasn't for me. So, I contacted support the next day and asked for a refund, explaining my years-long customer status and that this program just wasn't what I was looking for.

I never heard a thing. I'm going on three emails in just a few weeks. Nothing.

I've never been more disappointed. It's bad business not to be responsive to customers, let alone refuse to engage with a reasonable (and guaranteed) refund request.

You lost a long-time customer, if it matters.

UPDATE:

I finally got a response to my 1/28/26 email on 2/19/26. Three weeks later. I did get my refund. Still not doing business with them again.

Worse than a 1 star - do not sign up or give details

Worse than a 1 star . I set up a subscription and I can't get it stopped. Numerous emails not replied to. Tried to stop in in 'my account' - there is not mechanism to do it and my bank have tried to stop it 3 times. - Their system keeps trying and manages to over ride each time. This has been going on for months and months - well over a year. Awful experience and not ethical. Probably not legal either.

Lifetime access to an Infostack service? Think twice!

I spent money on access to a Side Hustle Toolbox from Infostack in May 2021. The promotion stated 'Lifetime access to the Toolbox' so I thought, wow, great deal.
What Infostack failed to clearly state (it is hidden in their FAQs online according to them, not in any real correspondence I received from them) is that if you don't access the tools in the Toolbox at least once within a year of purchase, these tools disappear and you can no longer have access to them, ever. So no lifetime access, but probably mis-selling. Infostack's response? 'We assume our customers access what they need within one year' . Reality? When you are running a small business and you've invested your hard-earned money in tools that will be helpful in 1,2,3 years time because the selling spiel says 'Lifetime Access' you don't 'assume' you need to access all the tools immediately. Do not trust this company with what they promise

These guys approached me and asked to put my book in one of their pack, throwing big number on my face. OK, that's great, so how much do you pay me? I asked.
"You only get paid if you generate sales with your affiliate link." Excuse me, what? I give my book to your users, you sell it, but I only make money if I promote your offer with my book on it? No, thanks.
