Took a little time to find what I was looking for, but once I ordered our drainage diagram, it was processed and arrived within the hour. An easier search function and it would have been 5 stars.
Tricky to find the right search key - several attempts had to be made to get a result other than "couldn't find any record of the property".
The information we requested was received in a very timely manner. We do find that some reports are more expensive than those accessible through ASIC.

Did not receive report and was told I was unable to get one under my name for some unknown reason. Asked to speak to supervisor and got no where nor have I been contacted back at all. I have made a complaint with ACCC consultant was short and rude.
