Erwin, one of the online support team members, patiently helped me find the right INF plan for my visiting parent and also explained different types of plans for my understanding.

JANE was great, very helpful and to the point. I was able to narrow down to a couple of plans and then pick one. Also, the web site info was dated and JANE quickly sent me latest.

For the last 3 days, I have been chatting with customer support executive by the name of Ellie. I have been asking her a lot of questions since I have no knowledge of how medical insurance works at USA. I compliment her for her patience and returning back with clear, detailed answers.
