Had a very good experience with infused , Everything was seamless from our survey to completion , Our handover was fantastic we have a scannable QR code on our inverter that lets us instantly view all our warrantees, Certificates, and system information.
Cant fault them in anyway great service .
We have a busy rescue centre and bills were getting very high , We booked our survey with infused and there operations manager Swaley came to do i site survey.
He listened to our needs and talked us through what was needed. We received our design and was very happy with the price and savings calculator. 2 weeks later installation was complete. Our handover was smooth , we received all our paper work within 5 days of completion . Fantastic service all round
Fantastic service from install to site survey , Installation and after care , Swaley and the team were fantastic , very polite ,very clean and walked through every aspect of how the system worked .
The best part was getting all our certifications 2 days after job completion , We can also access our handover pack via a handy QR code on the inverter .
