There support sucks! Trying to get help from them is useless. They blame the customer for their own book builder errors and then blame the user for there tool to not work. There is no phone support and email takes forever and is just liars pushing off the problems back on the users only to receive unhelpful information from them. I asked for help correcting an error in the program and I cannot get assistance. I will not use them for future books.

My book Dynasty Of Revenge. Has been with them for 4 months with no payment into my account. I Bought 30 books on Amazon Myself, and one on Ingram Spark, still nothing transferred It is now changing hands on Ebay so someone is buying it and yet not a penny in my account?? Customer service is robot only, you cannot get an email that has been generated by a person. I was dealing with Publishing Push and thought they were great until they just dumped my book on IngramSpark without any permission or discussion, I think they are same company it would be nice to get their feedback on this review, but very much doubt they will even read it.

We noticed an error in pagination after having placed an order for several books a day or two before.
Thankfully, it was not too late for IngramSpark to cancel the order for the bad books, and to give me time to upload a corrected file!

It's a nightmare trying to get help from them. There is no phone support and email takes forever just to receive unhelpful information from them. I ordered a sample book and paid for extra fast shipping and they sent me the wrong book. I asked for help correcting an ebook error and I cannot get assistance. Find other options! Ingram's customer support is hopelessly broken. The only option is INCREDIBLY SLOW email/webform and zero ability to talk to a human. I have put together four books through their service in the last year. Each has been a nightmare of ridiculous delays. A major factor: every first print proof has been done incorrectly--recto/verso pages reversed from Ingram's (correct) e-proof, resulting in an unreadable book with text bound into the gutter. The last such experience was 4 days ago... no response yet from my claim requesting a corrected proof. ONE of four of these problems had a one-day response; far slower response has been 75%. I'm about to miss a deadline, thanks to this abysmal response time. If you can ever get through their setup process, the quality of their print books is considerably better than KDP. However... good luck with schedules and deadlines. This place has one pace--THEIRS. And absolutely no concern for yours. I am making plans to shift business from both small-pub companies I manage to something else.

Ingram Sparks is awesome. Great customer service, pricing, account to upload all your books and items very effectively. Plenty of wealth of resources. They also share your items for sale on 49000 + platforms and quickly. Outstanding. Don't use others try them first.

I ordered on Tuesday - one box, 26 copies. Paid for 2 day turn around. It's now Friday - no sign of books. Can't track the UPS number even though it is correct. Can't contact Ingramspark other than by email with a 2 day response time. I needed those books TODAY.

IngramSpark have responded to my customer service queries within a day in most cases.
The quality of printed books is excellent. Once, when some books were damaged due to inadequate packaging, they were replaced promptly.

I was having issues with UPS in getting a pkg of returned books to me. I waited for weeks, filed a claim, they closed it without even speaking to me…the box was lost. So I reached out to IngramSpark for help and they reached out immediately and took control. The pkg couldn’t be recovered, so at no extra cost they are sending me another box of books. Very good customer service!
