No money no product and nobody to contact

I purchased something 7 days agoo #4086. Nothing posted. I tried to phone the number after I emailed couple of days agoo and was ignored call is automated it just tells you to email another company? It's called teknoagri. So not sure what is going on. Luckily used klarna so will have to file sass with them.
Looks like this is typical from this company. So not sure is it scam.

UDATE SAME DAY I WROTE THIS SUPPLIER CANCELED MY ORDER 😑
