It seems to me that it is pretty obvious, that these are designer, runway clothes. No way they are in the $39.00 category. As you can see, this is a Scam company, with not One good review. Why, after using your brain, and reading the reviews would anybody in their right mind, consider doing business with them? Rotita, is another fraudulent company, just like this. Don’t be stupid.

I would have given no star. I ordered 2 items about £120.00. I received one. A blouse that looked nothing like in the picture. It looke like it was sewn together by an amateur tailor with left over materials. They are a fraudulent company. I am still waiting for the other item I ordered. I am not holding my breath though I did not bother with returning the blouse because of the hassle. Something has to be done about this fraudulent company. They can not continue like this.

The clothes were absolute rubbish . They looked like they had been sewn in the poorest part of the Philippines? With the worst material I have ever seen, Came from mainland china, scrunched into plastic bags, I sent them back but heard nothing., do not waste your money.. so so so bad.

I usually don’t post reviews, this website is horrible, the sweater I received was nothing at all like the picture. There should be law against this false advertisement. This was my first time ordering from this website , an this will be my last! I strongly advise no one to buy from them!!

Absolutely terrible “jacket” that has nothing to do with the photo on pinterest. Perfect example of expectation vs reality

I discovered Ininruby on Pinterest when I noticed ALL their photos were from luxury designers they had nothing to do with. I did a little research and found, misleading product information, stolen designs, and terrible reviewS. How does Pinterest continue to allow them to advertise?

Very very very Bad customer service, ordered over a mo th now and yet to recieve tracking number nor items. Trying to file a claim with my bank to reimburse me and cancel order. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! LESSONS WELL LEARNED! AND POSTING ON EVER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS TO LET PEOPLE KNIW NO ODY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM GOING TO KAUCH A CAMPAIGN ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND LETTING PEOPLE KNOW ININRUBY IS A SCAM!!

Yes agree with the lady about the refund. They said please be patient. It's been 7 months. And I get the same reply. Please wait 15 days. They change their business name but they are all the same clothes that pop up on Facebook. Small very small sizing!!

I made one order and i paid then it said order canceled and you are refunded thats lie because money was never back in my acount, i made second order in case i thought i made mistake first time, and same. This SITE is TOTAL SCAM, I would inform evry single person to avoid this link.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER WAITING A MONTH. THE BLOUSE WAS DELIVERED AND I CANNOT PUT MY HEAD IN THE BLOUSE. I DO NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH THE TROUBLE OF SENDING IT BACK OR GETTING A REFUND.

I ordered two sweaters. One arrived after a month. The other never arrived. According to customer service, when I paid for the sweaters, they were not actually purchased, but placed on "ORDER" for sometime in the future. They could not define when the future would be. They said it could be months. I demanded a refund. It took about nine customer service emails to get, and then they only did a partial refund. It's a complete sham. They are exactly like similar Asian clothing sites in that their sizes are about three sizes smaller than American sizes. So, if you wear an xl, consider looking at 2x or 3x. The material is as close to woven plastic as you will find. Imagine the cheapest material, the cheapest made, printed everything version of what you want and that is what arrives. To be fair, the one sweater I received is beautiful from a distance. Close up, you can tell it's cheaply made and it feels like I'm wearing a garbage bag, but it is pretty from afar.

My last review was Dec 6, 2919 rehabbing titles “ DONOT DONOT BUY ...” this is the follow up and it got worse.

I'd finally got an address to return which was 39 miles from where I live in Southern CA. Sent products back after I was requested to open all packages, hang them up and take pix. Ridiculous as it was, I did complied and FedEx the merchandises. I’d received tracking shoeing merchandises was signed and received. Sent email to Ininruby asking for return. They kept saying the tracking showed it was not received which was totally opposite of FedEx’ confirmation.

It’s been 45 days days since the products were return and still no money. They kept responding “please be patience as it will take 15 days upon receipt of products.

At this point, if anyone is reading this and knows what I can do to get my money back, please advise.

Please don’t fall into this fraud by purchasing ININRUBY. Someone needs to shut this company Diem for Freud’s.

Even one star is to much! Can't we give minus stars? The prices they charge for the goods compared to the delivered quality would in Europe be described as theft! The pictures and the described fabrics made us place an order, but when we received the goods, we couldn't stop laughing... what a shame these people are allowed to sell on the European market...

I read horrible reviews about ininruby.com; the bad material/clothes, bad bizniz, I noticed that every picture of the models showing the nice clothes, each head is cut off from the pic, can they use these pics. Odd! Thx for ur review!

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT shop at Ininruby.
1. The quality was the worse where UOOZEE has the same things but much better quality. They were so bad that I can't even wear the clothes,
2. 3 wks delayed in shipping out with excuses after excuses
3. Customer service kept responding with a template that says the same thing over and over
4. Instructions on website for return was to send customer service and email.
5. After 2 wks of not giving me the address and delaying returns, they finally, gave me a local Los Angeles, CA address
6. Customer service requested that I open up all packages, hang up clothes and take pictures of all. I had 10 pieces.
7. Sent back via fed ex overnight. Had a return receipt with signed signature but took them another week saying it was still in transit.
8. An email came with $60+ subtracted as shipping

Overall, they have tactics to delay the return so you'll miss the deadline (30 days) upon receipt of merchandises.

I paid 360+ for 10+ pieces of merchandises, lost $60 in the process and took 28 days upon receiving the products and trying to return them.

I commanded from Belgium first of Oktober and we are first of December and my command is always in transit. I don't know if I'll receive it one day!!!! More then 100 €. 😠 Really not serious !!!
