Very responsive company
Very responsive company, took the time out to answer my queries with a personal touch. Lots of choice of product and value for money. I only bought gift vouchers on this occasion, but I will return to them if I need anything relating to dipped resin projects.

Unique craft
Having done a workshop at a craft fair I was enthralled to produce easily a beautiful Christmas wreath. Having now booked the subscription package I’m impressed by the level of service and communication. Look forward to lots of creative sessions in 2024!

As I was new to this type of crafting I reached out and asked about what was included in the introduction kits and was given as much info as I needed. The ladies I have contacted have always been quick to respond and are always happy to help you with your inquiry.
The kits are really good and there's plenty to keep you busy for quite a while and the tutorials that come with each kit are good.

Resin Dip is not widely known because it does look a bit complex but as you say, it is an easy craft to learn and all you need is your imagination to make some beautiful items. Thank you for your feedback.
Christmas wreath is really effective…
Christmas wreath is really effective but could do with making clear the colour of resin is for all the holly leaves of the wreath. I would use a longer piece of wire to make the holly as 20cm does not allow you to wrap enough times. I used 23cm but kit had plenty of wire. Also when the light set broke (connection inside) whilst making they refused to replace without charging postage ( which cost more than buying the lights from elsewhere).

We were unable to replace your light set free of charge as you had taken the battery unit apart, unfortunately you then put it all back together again so could not send us a photo of the problem. I don't know why you would do that if the connection was broken. Also, you did not realise the lights were broken until you had completed your wreath. All our lights are tested before they leave us, and your lights were working perfectly. I cannot believe you would put the lights on the wreath ring, and then start attaching the holly without trying the lights first. Personally I thought we were generous if offering a free set of lights when we know they were perfect when the left us. I am pleased, however, that you have managed to source the lights from elsewhere - but I doubt that it is a small family business as we are. Afraid I don't understand your comment about the colour of the resin - you choose the colour you want so if you wanted more than one colour, you should buy the kit that offers 2 colours. 20cm is only a guideline - you can choose the length you want, if you make your leaves bigger then obviously you will need more wire.
