Excellent customer service
I needed to add a separate tin of a different green colour so emailed the company. A return email offered a simpler solution and reduction in costs to me. They simply swapped out the green in one of the kits.

Amazing dipping resin. Super quality and easy to use
There was a small window before my item was shipped but this was made known on their website. Within two days of them receiving my order it was packaged, very well, and shipped. I got a notification to say it was arriving Thursday and it arrived the day before.
I’ve used their product before at a craft fair workshop and haven’t found any other dipping resin that works as well. So I took myself to their website knowing the colours I wanted to try.
I will be back again.

Thank you for your positive feedback. We do aim for a 72 hour turnaround but have been so busy lately that it slipped a little. However, we have taken on new staff now (welcome to Phil!) and we are able to work much quicker now. I do hope that everyone enjoyed using Resin Dip.
Friendly and helpful!
The friendly, warm and welcoming manner of the staff was brilliant. The tutorial was carried out at the correct speed for beginners, my daughter and I really enjoyed it!

Hello This is very unfair because it was very clearly stated on our website that as we were away at a big Craft event in Birmingham we would not be packing orders from the 28th October until 4th November and to take these dates into consideration when placing orders. You placed your order at midnight (23:45 to be exact) on 27th. Furthermore when I saw your email asking for an update to the delivery date I wrote back to you immediately. Inion Arts cannot be held responsible for your inability to comprehend simple messages.
