All fine until something goes wrong. Needed assistance with an order that was not fulfilled correctly. Inish Pharmacy simply ignored the request.

Fastest delivery ever. Items arrived one and a half day after my order. Will continue to order from Inish pharmacy.

I placed an order to Limerick at 330pm and delivered the next day at 8 am got exactly what I ordered at a good price

Ordered products on Thursday afternoon, I had them in hand on Monday night with international delivery to New York! Super impressed. Products came in excellent condition with good expiration dates (2 years+). Good prices too. Will definitely order again.

Been shopping with Inish pharmacy regularly for the last 2 years orders have always been dispatched quickly and they have good offer on cosmetic items as well as having new interesting products on a regularly basis.

Absolutely shocking service. DPD are absolutely shockingly useless, despite this they continue to ship via DPD to Germany. Parcel never arrives but updated tracking shows ‚delivered to neighbour‘ no note left to say which ’neighbour‘ no details on website tracking with any specifics - DPD unable to clarify where, when, how. The advice given is to go and knock every door in the neighbourhood or wait - wait for what ?!- 6-8 weeks of nothingness and then had to chase and fight for a refund (100+ €).

I can only conclude that either DPD are thieves, or the Inish Pharmacy are thieves and nothing has actually been posted on the last two occasions.

Stay away from the company as you will need to fight for a refund. Absolutely dishonest - looking at the amount of positive reviews here also gives me great pause for thought.

Terrible customer service I emailed 3 times to get my 20 euro off which I got from spending hundreds of euro on this site This customer service wouldn’t phone me but wanted me to make the call Never again

Absolutely excellent service. I needed my order in a bit of a hurry, Id never heard of Inish Pharmacy but I took a chance after finding them online. The order was at my door the next day. I will definitely buy from them again. Happy customer

I ordered at 3.30pm one day and got the order the next day through fastway. I was not able to find some medicine elsewhere however could find all what I needed there and all the items were dispatched on the ordering day! Definitely will order again

I never used Inish Pharmacy before until my son got sick and I needed inhalator asap. I order it 28th of December in the afternoon to be delivered and kept my fingers crossed to receive it before New Year. And guess what? I received it next day. I am delighted. My lung had some problems the past week so I ordered some medicine at the doctor. However, he did not have enough stuffs so I needed to order somewhere else. After researching, I found that Inish had the stuff I need.

We bought a bumble bee car seat for a particular job but when we opened it ( UNUSED) we figured it wouldn't work for us. After reading through the returns policy we decided we would forgo the cost of returns and send it back, they sent it back to us with a letter saying...THIS COMPANY STATED THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER THE PRODUCT IS OPENED, well why the hell would you buy it otherwise - as a mistake and then cost yourself another €10 to return it ..for the laugh. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE ON THERE BEHALF , will trustpilot and never buy again.
