SCAM!!!
Do not ever buy anything from their website. They cannot be contacted as there is no email or phone number on their website and you will neither get the product nor your money back

There's only one word to describe them: dishonest thieves. I bought, paid for, and then returned 4 injectors in terrible condition, and they never refunded me or gave me any answers. Don't order anything.

Placed order, got the invoice, but no more contact after that. No delivery, no products, nothing. Got scammed out of 450 euros.

These are scammers, dont trust injectec, i payed them €500 and never got the injectors and they dont replay to messages or telephone. This is a scam company and i filed a police rapport.

I paid for order and nothing answer. They sent only faktura by e-mail. Injectors not come. There is not kontacts. Not answer

we orderd 4 Injectors as offered at the homepage. We got an invoice and paid all the money. The delivery is now 10 days overdue and no raction on email and the phone number is nor reachable.

I ordered at the beginning of August and should have them delivered by the 19th of August at the latest. but still nothing. Tried emailing this scam company but they can't be reached. I even dont want to put 1 star, it should be -10.

Order placed, money transferred, promised delivery 2-3 working days.
5 days after ordering: delivery/tracking not received, contacted website, no response.
2 weeks after ordering: delivery/tracking not received, contact website that we want to cancel order. Response within 24 hours: apologies and a refund will be issued.
4 weeks after ordering: money not refunded, reminder sent, no response.
6 weeks after ordering: money not refunded, reminder sent, no response.

Next step: a police report will be filed and a lawyer will be hired.

Websites is active in at least 10 countries. All refer back to company REDITEC SRO, registered in Bratislava, Slovakia. Owner registered in Czechia.
All addresses mentioned on the site, which change regularly, seem to be PO Boxes. The phone number on the website is deactivated.

Just buy 4 injectors and with my bad luck. I just see that this company is in the frauds list in the police.nl.
Everything it`s fake and they are targeting the people to scam in the Netherlands. Better luck for all of you that are reading before ordering. IF YOU NOT SHORE, JUST CHECK POLICE.NL

I bought 4 injectors for a sprinter and they sent it to me 1 month later and on top of that without gaskets and they didn't even bother to clean them so as not to say try them as they told me before buying them. I returned them 2 weeks ago by post and they received them more than a week ago. I'm sending them emails to get my money back but they don't answer. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND I WILL REPORT THEM.

I ordered 4 injectors for €973.55. The money was transferred on 05.05.2023 and until today, i.e. 26.06.2023, the order in the system is waiting for payment.
No contact whatsoever from the shop. Automatic email response and telephone number unavailable. The answer recommends writing an email from within the logged-in account but there is no possibility to do so. I warn against fraudsters!

Please take the many 1-star reviews for this shop serious:

1.) There is no way to contact them, neither email nor phone.
2.) Paying is only possible with wire transfer, no PayPal, because with PayPal it would be easy to get your money back.
3.) The "used" injectors have no test protocol, they are not even cleaned. They are just like parts that one would throw into the trash can.
4.) Packing is very cheap and not suitable for injectors.
5.) They try to get rid of bad reviews by denying them at trustpilot in the holiday season (Aug 2023), instead of contacting the customer and sending a refund.
6.) They repeated step 5 on the 26th of Dec. 2023 -> so there is a strong indication that step 5 is part of their marketing strategy.

I returned the injectors at my own expense and still wait for my refund.

They do not deserve any star , but this is the lowest rating I can give. This is fraud !!! They sent me other type of injectors that I need , they aren't refurbished , they are all full of rust , dirty like the ones that you trow to the garbage.
I'ved sent an email telling them that they are different , they did not answer , the phone numbers do not work!
Waste of 500Euros and time... the domain is registered to a lady from Czech republic , with no company logo no nothing .... no phone number , no company details on proforma invoice... .

These guys are the worst. One payment is received by them they are impossible to get in contact with. I have bought 5 injectors, after professional testing it turned out 2 were broken. I send them back at my own expensive and did receive 2 replacing injectors. Seems good the only problem was the were for a completely different car.

I tried to get in contact for over 4 weeks now but not one of my mails is replied with an answer.

My advice => never buy from this fraudulent company

Should of smelt a rat when the order confirmation went thru to my spam folder. £430 on injectors. Never arrived, no reply to emails. Luckily my bank refunded my money. Stay away people!!

*** No contact has been made from this company at all and they didn't voluntarily refund my money. My bank had to get get it back regardless of what the company says below. Definitely stay away!!

So I see the company takes peoples money well I used the company and guess what I havent received any good no tracking number no email replys no phone calls answered £454 out of pocket do no waste your time on this waste of space company that clearly scam you

I paid £1000 for six injectors for my BMW and have not received no confirmation email no DHL tracking number I’ve been trying for one week to contact these people and there is no answer please stay away. Yes after contacting the police and fraud team on my card you gave me my money back after 3 or 4 months how many more people have you managed to swindle out of money. I will never use you again and I would still recommend to people who use your service to stay well away good luck taken over the Buisness mr director that’s if you can call it a Buisness.

Ordered a set of refurbished injectors 18 th Aug 2020, Still waiting for them, no reply from either of the phone lines after calling 20 times, sent three emails, still no reply, Totally useless, I suspect after reading other posts from people who have paid them that they are scammers- stay away !!

“Avoid this,,company,,!!!!.Bought 2 injectors for Toyota Avensis week ago. Still have nothing. Paid 200 £ including delivery. I have try get in touch with them by email,no answer(they mark my as a spam sender),by phone provided on web site ,no answer. Address ,Hejnická 357, 464 01 Raspenava in Czech Rep. is a private house without any sign of company on it. After googling there is no active company like this. Recently contacted with Gopay in Czech Rep. to talk about refund but they sent me to my bank.What a scam.They working in many EU countries .Im writing from UK.
