Urgent: Unresolved Issues with Ink Global Marketing Campaign

Before engaging with Ink Global for marketing services, I urge you to consider my experience. I am Rene Valencia, CEO and founder of Valencia Travel and Va Expeditions in Peru. In April 2023, I invested $5,000 in a marketing campaign with Ink Global, anticipating a boost in leads and business visibility.
Unfortunately, several months later, the promised results are nowhere in sight. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues through appropriate channels, my concerns have not been addressed adequately. I have communicated with three different team members, none of whom seem to have the authority or capacity to facilitate a resolution.
This lack of communication and results from Ink Global has not only been disappointing but also concerning, I am owed over $2,500 by the company, and despite my repeated attempts, they have not responded to my emails. It's very disappointing to note that they never executed any campaign for which this budget was allocated. I feel it's important to share my experience to inform potential future customers of this issue. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and action from their side. as it casts doubt on their reliability and effectiveness. As someone committed to ensuring the best for my companies, I find it necessary to share this experience publicly. I had hoped for a different outcome and a partnership that valued customer satisfaction and results.
