I would have preferred to give zero stars, but unfortunately that isn't an option.
I ordered cartridges using Inkdata's own website. After entering my printer model, the website suggested cartridges that turned out to be incompatible with my printer. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that. What I cannot understand is the complete lack of customer support afterwards.
For several days, I have been trying to get help regarding this issue, but I have received no meaningful assistance. A company should stand behind the information provided on its own website and support customers when something goes wrong.
Because of this experience, I have completely lost confidence in Inkdata. I will not use their services again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for reliable products and customer support.
If customer service matters to you, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Cheap and good quality cartridges. I have printed text and pictures without any issue.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I do not walk well. I thought the delivery was from door to door. I got a phone call from central Borrisoleigh it was delivered to them. That was very bad I thought. I had to get in my car to collect it. I ordered it online so it would be delivered at my house. Not to get in my car and to collect it

My printer required black ink. I installed the cartridge and the printer seems to have rejected it as only blank sheets are coming out.
