I raise a complain regarding the deduction on the subscription, i recently accidentally subscribe. At first i thought it will not return the money they deducted, but this day after 5 days, i received an email, saying hey will refund, and i was very happy and contented that my case has put into priority.

Good work by the escalation team of Paula. Because of their team I will be credited back the money that I had spent by accident, and then got charged the night after.

Ink4ideas customer care service is really really bad and uncooperative. I was scammed and my money directly went into the subscription of this website. I explained my problem and thebesca team told me that they will refund my money and they didn't. And at first the customer care service told me that i will get my refund and now they say they don't have any case about any refund.
