Money out the window

Money out the window! The website is well built and one can easily submit all the information for a lawyer warning to be sent. I spent 30€ on the first warning letter only to receive feedback that the recipient is not found at the given address. Nonetheless, you do not receive any proof that the letter is even sent out. And we know for certain that the business was still running at the point in time.
So I wrote an email to ask what the next step will be, not knowing which option to choose on the website in order to get an address confirmation. No response.
The service hotline doesn't work i.e. the call is not connected.
Then I realised that you cannot submit any reviews on their own website. All in all, a disappointing experience with this company.
