I ordered toners and when I started to use them they simply didn't work
First whole pages was black no colours then I couldn't print whole pages because half of it blurry.
I contacted the seller and they asked me do some things and then they stopped to answer me.

Didn’t work but great customer service!
The cartridge didn’t work but 3 stars for the great customer service! Karina replied very quickly replied to my email with some possible solutions. It still didn’t solve it and she sent me a new cartridge, hassle-free. Waiting for it to arrive now.

Five stars given, they work just fine! As fine as the originals bluff concept by HP. Love that you can see how much ink there is left inside. Never did trust HP’ own cartridges. These feel heavier. Anyway. Keep it up, will continue to buy from you in the future. 👍👍👍👍👍
