At inkitabstracts, every piece of artwork is hand-drawn by Martin, a Derbyshire-based artist with a background in the Royal Air Force. There are no prints pulled from stock, no computer-generated images, and no shortcuts — just original work, made entirely by hand, one line at a time. The work is abstract in nature, built from detailed patterns and flowing lines that take shape gradually across the page. It's a slow, considered process, and that deliberate approach is part of what makes each piece feel distinct. Martin draws inspiration from the landscapes and rhythms of life in Derbyshire — long walks, open skies, and the kind of unhurried pace that doesn't really exist in most places any more. We sell original hand-drawn abstract black ink prints and a colouring book through our online shop, with more products coming in the future. We're also always happy to discuss commissions for something truly one of a kind.
