Received order on schedule. Replaced faulty cartridges.
Received order on schedule. The 2 black cartridges worked but all color cartridges would not work. Called service and was sent a replacement of color categories. Notice the replacements had different shaped contact points. Was this the problem??

I have always gotten excellent service…
I have always gotten excellent service and very prompt shipping from InkPlusToner. I regularly refer customers of mine to shop for themselves and have never had a customer tell me they were not satisfied. I refer friends and clients often. Plus, by far, they are very inexpensive.....Win-win.

Great Company.
I had an ink cartridge to bust. i sent a message. i received a new one quickly. Then i had some that my printer would not read. They sent a new shipment. i am very impressed with this company. No run around and received my new ink within 3 days from the email sent.
